Looks like the original tweet had been deleted. Perhaps his announcement was deemed premature? Who tweeted it? I came in too late.

What do you all think of Apple watches. I have one and it alerts me every time I receive a text or phone call. Have any if you ever noticed people checking their watches? I think they are discrete and you can put them on airplane mode. I don't have one, but it can't be all that hard to take it off and put it in your pocket during a show, right? Then again, once during Fun Home I thought someone across from me had one (this was at Circle in the Square) and it turns out she just had super reflective sequin accents on her scarf...

After you are. I'm from the area, so I'm going to fit in a few other things while I'm there too.

He's not that famous, isn't he? He was the star of The Real O'Neals, and that's pretty much it. Not really. His face was definitely all over bus stops and internet kiosks in Midtown manhattan when the show was running, though. Of all the non-Platts in the show, he might have the most non-New York recognition from the general public, but I wouldn't call him famous.

Seeing it next month in San Francisco. Sounds wacky — really looking forward to it!

Well maybe it's because I grew up with horse manure up to my knees most of the time, but I'm not particularly germ phobic I figure if I survived a childhood of generally being a bit filthy it'll take a lot to finish me off now On a serious note, honestly in the theatre, unless the floor looked filthy...I'm not sure exactly where else I was supposed to put my coat!! I just wad it up and put it behind me as some small-back support. Or I fold it and leave it on my lap!

Maybe I've lived in the Bay Area/New York too long, but that just gives me the heebie-jeebies. If anything goes on my body, it stays above my waist when I'm sitting in a theatre. I don't even put my purse down. That stays in my lap.

That’s got to be a kick in the teeth for Noah Galvin hasn’t it?! Not good enough for Broadway fulltime, so stepped into the role between Ben leaving and Taylor starting... and now not good enough to lead the first US tour?! I actually wonder if he may do one long stop, like LA.

You can’t put your coat under your seat anymore, Dr Tom. Not with all these huge plastic and unstable cups of drink around. I cringe with dread when I see someone holding one of these coming towards me in a row. Do people really put articles of their own clothing on the floor? As a routine thing?! GROSS!

Man, this is cringey. If only NPR had reported on this.

I don't know that I agree that theatre *is* elitist, but I believe it is broadly publicly perceived as elitist. If I may introduce a third stance to the debate. I think it's also that it's a genre that welcomes people who want to be (or are) elitist.

That was the fourth. Saw one on another forum and then two other tweets. Can you link them?

I saw her on a panel at BroadwayCon rubbing her belly and being so funny and so intelligent and super stoked about talking about being a mom. This is so awful. What can one even say?!

Thanks a bunch! Looked the other day and was dreading buying tickets but I just managed to get some £19.50 ones for mid August! I’m cannot wait! I never saw forbidden broadway- will this be similar, just renamed ‘spamilton’ or is is all hamilton with a touch other broadway realated bits in it? If it hasn't changed much from when I saw it off-Broadway, it's more the latter. There's a "diva" character who does various old-school Forbidden Broadway impressions.
