Anyone know if any of the main cast have holiday booked next week? Am going to try to see this again as I enjoyed it so much the first time!

Back in the day, performers signed cds after the show for free! I'll pass on the meet and greet but look forward to seeing Rachel in concert.

Is the Broadway cast album available to buy online? I can't find it on Spotify or iTunes...

I hope they have done a lot of work on it since Leicester as it was very disjointed with not very memorable songs. I was so disappointed having grown up on those books.

I've booked now too! I'm sure it will be well cast and an evening to remember.

When is it running until? ATG website has September dates but you can't book them yet. I hope this survives - saw last week and it is utterly superb. I loved it - moving, entertaining and some wonderful performances.

Thanks Mark. Anyone know if Ms Riding and Ms Moore have any holiday booked this coming week? The wonder of this board is that probably someone knows!

Barry Mishon has tweeted that he is to produce a charity gala of Jerry Herman's Mame in October. Hope this comes off as I'd love to see Mame on stage. Anyone know anything else?

Going back many years, Kathryn was also a fabulous Lottie in Mack and Mabel and a wonderful Rose in Aspects of Love. Always a pleasure to see her work.

What's the best way of getting cheaper stalls tickets for a Saturday matinee (not arriving in London till 1pm)? All the websites I've looked at have very expensive £100+ tickets or thereabouts - is it possible to get anything cheaper at all?! Really want to see this!

Richard Fleeshman would be a bit young but an interesting choice.
Anyone know if there are any dates planned in Jones's homeland of Wales?

When I went you had to sit where you were put. It was very random. Friends who booked the same performance after I did ended up in much better seats. I haven't been back! Between that and the abrupt staff, it was not a great theatre going experience. Maybe it's improved as that was a few years ago now.

Am seeing it in a few weeks, but can't believe the running time is 3 hours or more! It's surely not that long!! Worried it's going to drag now...

The new cast album is fab and does include bits of dialogue I haven't heard before, but for me nothing will beat the Savoy recording. The characterisation and vocals are wonderful!

This is a great series and they've had some really good people. Wish I could see more of them. I was at one of the first Ed did, with Patricia Routledge. It was a real insight into her career.

Does that mean that seats in the reserved allocation for card holders are usually better seats (if top price) or do they still keep a good allocation for public booking?

Love the score of The Life - and Cy Coleman wrote some great shows. I'll definitely be seeing this.

I'm glad Alistair is playing Chris on Broadway. He was brooding and intense in the West End production, did well with the part. I liked his vocals too.

Love Julia McKenzie. Love Kathryn Evans. Saw the latter as Rose in Aspects a million years ago, and as Sally in Follies at RFH. Blinkin marvellous! Kathryn Evans was by far the best Rose that i saw. Was she during the original run or the return Gale Edwards production?? She was in the Gale Edwards production which was fabulous.
