I am unable to use my Hamilton ticket and I know I can call and return it, but I don't have access to call from America. Is there a way I can return the ticket via email? And if so, what is the email address?
thanks

The sad thing is Chicago is a fabulous show but putting lowbrows in the show lowers the bar and at those prices, it;s just insane. I don't think Barry and Fran give their audience enough credit. Next thing you know, Susan Boyle will be in the show as Mama.

It did not mention dates and someone on the first page asked that very question...

No idea, she said ''just sell them outside'' and then proceeded to help other people. That is not my idea of good customer service

Wow, 2nd covers on for both Hamilton and Burr tonight (courtesy of West End Understudies). (Sifiso Mazibuko as Hamilton, Waylon Jacobs debuting as Burr). Anyone going? We were there! Electric atmosphere. Our second time and loved Sifiso as Hamilton. Sadly Jamael left me a little cold on our previous visit. Much has been said about Terera’s lisp but I found Jamael’s height far more distracting - the whole company looked positively Lilliputian next to him. Sifiso brought aplayfulness to the 19 year old Ham and a true character arc as he aged with real depth of emotion in the climatic scenes. While I prefer Terera as Burr, Waylon Jacobs smashed it tonight and looked really emotional at the curtain at his debut. Marsha for me was hands down a better Eliza. I found Rachel’s diction poor and difficult to understand, Marsha gave a very emotional performance and I found her bitter and angry version of Burn preferable to the bland Disney princess version served up by Rachel. The ensemble seemed to have a lot of swings covering and the energy was intense as they got their moment to shine. I know some would be disappointed to be faced with a line of covers appearing in the opening number but after a mini second of ‘what!?’ we realised tonight’s cast were just as good, and in some cases better in our opinion and we loved it. [ What a beautiful, thoughtful and well written review. Glad you enjoyed it. Giles does seem to be off a lot. Was Jam scheduled to be off tonight? I happen to love his performance though and i actually preferred his performance to Lin’s.

The problem with YF is that it is funny, but it thinks it’s funnier than it is. The cast is sensational but the material is mediocre. Plus i think It looks cheap. It’s not a huge theater and it’s not a small cast so it really needed to rely on full price and premium tickets, and that isn’t the reality for many people and barring Hamilton and Wicked in the first few years, most shows offer some sort of discount or coupon code.
I think the economics of theater make it hard for most shows to have lengthy runs.

I’ve seen it three times now and have enjoyed every time. It’s changed a fair bit since the early preview I saw. Will Young’s voice is just gorgeous and he’s funny and entertaining, Zizi is a very decent actress (and dancer), Jonny’s dancing is great. Strong cast supporting them too. Baz - is that you? (Lurhmann - not Bamigboye)

I think Jamael was always going to be a bit wooden and lacking in charisma, especially when compared to the legendary LMM, but it is apparently the guy's West End (and professional I believe?) debut. If I was going to see Hamilton, I'd probably want to see Ash in the role because based on the programme it seems like he's a bit more experienced in the industry. I’ve seen LMM and two other Hamilton’s and Jamael was right up there as one of the best. Look Lin is a genius of course but he wasn’t the best Hamilton I’ve seen...Jamael is wonderful in the role IMHO

So do we think Jamie will close on the last known day of shows or will it extend? I personally can see it closing then touring smaller/non ATG venues (e.g. Leicester Curve, Edinburgh Festival) I think it will extend through the new year. Nimax owns the theater and they are producing and it would be hard to start a new show in October in that theatre if they don’t announce it soon so they can start selling tickets. I hope they extend too as in my opinion, it’s the best show of the year.

Sadly, I think the bottom line is that it is crazy, but as someone said earlier, they can charge what they want and it's our choice or not to pay that price. No one put a gun to my head to spend 200 quid on a Hamilton ticket but at the end of the day I wanted a good seat and it was my choice. Now would I want to spend less? OF COURSE!

There are always ranges of prices. If you want the best seat in the house, it comes at a price. It's not called show BUSINESS for nothing....

Monkey - For Snow White, would you recommend front row center section A 18? Or do you think A 16 is better?
Or would you choose G 35 or O 34? You are truly my Seating godmother (oops..wrong panto!)

Hey everyone, I have a few questions and would really appreciate any insight or advice. I'm flying in from New York and seeing this show in it's final week. I can only do a matinee and have exactly three hours after it ends until my flight from Heathrow takes off. Is this doable? I Googled and the theatre has a cloak room so I will take my suitcase and hurry immediately to the tube after the show ends. I just bought my ticket...hoping you guys don't think my plan is a totally dodgy one! Also, will the original cast still be there? I'm going on the October 3rd matinee...I'm hoping to see the original cast. How often do understudies go on? It is one of their final performances... Thanks so much in advance for any help. There's no confirmation that that is the final week. It's just when tickets are on sale until right now.

What's Danielle Hope doing at the moment? She was Snow White for Qdos a couple of years back and was very very good! I put the money on it being her or Samantha Barks Sam Barks will be doing Pretty Woman on Broadway so she’s out. How are Cynthia Erivo?

This is a fabulous show and Im so thrilled that people are loving it. I think it has the most heart of anything on the West End, and while it may not be the cause celeb or spectacle of Hamilton, I do hope that it gets extended again to give more people a chance to see it. I think its a show that can change minds and change hearts.

It’s just a shame That they chose FOH staff With no manners And one brain between the lot of them Beyond morons You get back what you give huh love? Going through life with such a negative view is sad and unfortunate. I guess Some of us never got enough love in our childhood And that’s showbiz kids...
