Of course you can't expect that as he clearly says "I did not record this and do not claim to own it" so we'll have to hope the person that does all the recording goes to see Evita too  |

I don't thimk anyone is hating on Emma, I just think clearly she wasn't a right fit here in this role for some people. It happens.

As for the other points mentioned, I am glad other people agree with me about Emma Hatton. She has a decent enough voice, albeit as her run progressed it just turned into shouting. However, the major drawback to her performance was her acting ability, or lack of. Quite honestly the most messy and heartless portrayal of Elphaba I have seen. Her Elphaba consisted of looking confused all the time for no apparent reason and shouting random lines in anger because... Elphaba is always angry? Also, as lead her back phrasing and mumbling continually got worse, to the point where her pre-flight lines in Defying Gravity were just random grunts and shouts. You read my mind! Emma being promoted to lead was not a good idea. |

I am sure that Emma would be mortified at some of the behaviour of her "super fans". Of course you could say the same of every other Elphaba since the begging of time and of every other Green Girl that ever will be.... That role just attracts craziness. They even obsess over the understudies. And fair enough, I've seen some incredible understudies. But some of these "Teams" on Twitter pop up before the person in question has even been on for that role. |

However, I do wonder what happens with these super fans once their idol leaves Wicked. Do they follow them on to whatever show they're in next? Do they just stop going to see Wicked (or theatre in general) at all? Or do they dedicate all their love to the next green girl? |

If he wasn't a fan all this Emma stuff wouldn't have randomly started up again. She left months ago. We move on. |

Also just because the particular person is a fan of them doesn't make it ok for everyone to start on with the Hatton Hating again. I don't think anyone on here is hating Emma, even those of us who don't like her portrayal of Elphaba. Personally, I think she was a good standby, but she shouldn't have been promoted to full-time Elphaba. At least she had an amazing standby, so I only saw the show during Emma's run when Natalie A was announced to be on, but when she had (presumably) health issues and eventually left the show for good, I didn't see Wicked in London for more than seven months, just because I couldn't be bothered. |

... and why, of all performers, that channel mainly focused on Emma Hatton of all Elphaba's is completely beyond me. My guess is Emma was someones first Elphaba and, in their opinion, was the ultimate Elphaba and no one will ever compare to them. Exactly. If it was dedicated to Rachel or Willemijn I could understand, but Emma?  Rachel isn't what everyone makes her out to be, personally i don't like her Elphaba that much, i much prefer Alice & Emma |
