According to their website: Apollo Victoria, Churchill (Bromley), Duke of York's, Fortune, Harold Pinter, Lyceum, New Wimbledon, Phoenix, Piccadilly, Playhouse, Richmond, Savoy, Time and Leisure Studios and Trafalgar Studios.
What hope is there if ATG cannot be factually correct on their website? Churchill (Bromley) is owned by HQ Theatre and has been for 3/4 years now.
Oh wow their website must be ancient.

But hasn’t always been independent either. So we’re all right. Hoorah!

Wikipedia (and I know it’s not always right)says ATG acquired the Donmar in 2000 They did, and the place went, as @schttep said, independent again last year. ATG withdrew from the box office, and now only provide FOH. Who owns the freehold on the building, who knows, but it is not an ATG venue as such. The Donmar bought the lease and freehold in 2007/8, it was an odd arrangement that ATG owned the building and provided facilities but it was programmed by the Donmar and they paid rent. It’s interesting that they decided to keep ATG to provide FOH rather going it alone

Will the ATG card allow you to book more than 4 tickets on priority booking but just provide any financial benefits (booking fees etc.) on 4 of those? Or can you only book 4 tickets with each ATG card. Or can you book any number of priority tickets (subject to maximum vs group booking obviously).

Or can you only book 4 tickets with each ATG card. Or can you book any number of priority tickets (subject to maximum vs group booking obviously). You can book as many as you like but the system will only give you the discount rate on 4. ETA: select your 4 seats with the discount rate and add to basket. Then select your next seats at the other most favourable rate and add those. If you try to select more than 4 at the discount rate the system will stop you from checking out. The booking fee savings apply to all of the seats you book, whether discounted or full price.

Anyone know why I'd see a "Staff Offer" ticket available when I login with my ATG Card?

Anyone else having problems with any kinds of discounts just not showing? A while ago I looked at tickets for a show and there were the standard cheaper tickets on opening night and no fees. Now when I try to buy tickets, for the same show, once I've logged in when I click a seat it doesn't have a single ATG card option to select. I've tried a couple of different shows, dates and then seats all over the auditorium. Any one got any ideas? I did go to an ATG theatre tonight and asked why it wasn't coming up but didn't get any kind of useful answer other than try again tomorrow. However it's been like this for a couple of days already.

Unable to help with that one, dippy, but I'm having a big battle with ATG by phone and email about being charged a booking fee when I believe (and the website info says or implies) I should not have been.
I've had this happen before and it was their error so after days of attempts to book without a fee being applied, I went ahead as the play was in its final week and selling out, so I didn't want to miss it. Also, the fee applied amounted to 17.5% on top of the cheapest ticket. When I rang to ask for a refund, the agent said she saw what I meant but that I would have to email; however, a lot of correspondence (each time with a different person, which doesn't help) has resulted in ATG flatly refusing to refund the fee despite accepting that the website wording was misleading and saying they'd change it. They also maintained, bizarrely, that as the fee was a flat one it was not discriminatory, whereas my point was that that was exactly why it was, as people buying a single, lower-price ticket pay the same fee as a couple or group possibly buying more expensive tix.
It has now reached the point where I've said I'll cancel my membership if they're so intractable and they simply said "can't help you with that" - honestly, the lack of common sense and courtesy is staggering! I know I can cancel my direct debit but I've been a member for years yet they'd rather lose me than refund £3.50.

What show/venue/date? I'll try with my card and see if I experience the same...

What show/venue/date? I'll try with my card and see if I experience the same... I was originally looking at Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake in Wimbledon, the Tuesday night when there was some kind of offer when I first tried but now it has nothing obvious. I've tried other shows that week too. I also looked in my emails and had one saying that Robin Hood in Milton Keynes is half price if booked before the 1st of July but there is an * saying some shows only (but not which ones!). So I tried the 11th of December 19:00, 13th Dec 13:00, 16th Dec 18:00 and there's no discount for any of the price bands in the stalls in any of those shows. If you don't mind having a look that would be very kind of you. Oh no, how annoying showgirl . What is the point in having the card if it doesn't do what it's meant to do? The man at the box office last night was very unhelpful, I'm glad I wasn't buying a ticket but had a ticket my friend had bought but that is just silly.

With my card logged in, I can access: £5 off with no b/f for the Tuesday - MB Swan Lake - New Wimbledon Theatre. ATG Earlybird half price seats for 11th Dec 19:30 - Robin Hood - MK Theatre No offers for 13th Dec 13:00, but 19:30 earlybird half price is accessible. No offers for 16th 18:00 either. Half Price seats seem to be on offer Tues/Wed for the first two weeks. Looks like you need to give them a call and work out whats up. Your card is still valid right?

Yes, card is definitely still valid, however I do think the problem might have started when it was renewed in May. I'll try another box office before I ring them, I'd rather talk to a person face to face. Thank you for checking that discounts should exist!

Hooray - after a whole month of emailing back and forth - during which time I seem to have dealt with every single staff member in the ATG office, as not once did a reply come from a person who had previously responded - I've finally achieved the full outcome I wanted. I don't even think I was asking for much in the first place and I wasn't going to give up but it took persistence and perseverance. Just before my current year's membership expires I shall probably cancel it as I no longer use it much anyway and I can't face another virtual battle like this one.

Rather more than the £3.50. Some companies never learn and ATG strikes me as one more concerned with “process” than @ctually listening to customers. What are you spending the £3.50 on? Not an ATG ice cream tub presumably!

Oh indeed, BurlyBeaR - common sense seems in short supply at ATG. As for my recovered riches, I'll wait to see whether the promised refund actually reaches my account before I decide what to blue it on. By which time ice cream season may be over...

Had an e-mail today saying there's going to be a special ATG prebooking period for a west end show announced tomorrow morning but they're not yet revealing the name of the show yet. Have I missed some gossip about a new show? Any ideas what it is?

Maybe they've been given an allocation for Mary Poppins?

I haven't renewed mine since moving to London for several reasons. One of the main ones is that there used to be a great deal on most big shows in Glasgow for half price seats for an early date in the run. It often saved me £20 plus on tickets and booking fees.
I did once benefit from a few free glasses of prosecco with it at the Savoy though!

I received the same email, I assumed it was for Curious Incident but I guess it’s just a case of wait and see. At least tomorrow morning isn’t too long of a wait.

I currently don't have one but I'm considering investing in one as one of my local theatres is the Edinburgh Playhouse, with the Glasgow King's and Theatre Royal and Sunderland Empire within easy travelling distance.
The two other Edinburgh theatres offer a membership scheme but I didn't think it was worth it because discounts can only be applied to the two theatres (Festival and King's Edinburgh) instead of over two dozen theatres nationwide.

I do have one but, as usual, didn't get the email... will await news from a more reliable source, i.e. here!
