Thanks for the reply. Much appreciated.

Ben Elton is already announced for the Duke of York's so it probably isn't that

My moan today. A few months ago I saw an ATG show, payment taken, showed as such in my credit card account.
Now contacted with an email that looked like a scam to say the payment hadn't been taken. What this likely means is their payment provider messed up, put a hold on the amount and didn’t claim the money. I honestly had no idea as my account is full of theatre transactions, but looking back a few months I can’t see that transaction any more.
Can I phone them urgently to pay? No, I’m abroad, don’t want to join the reported long phone queues for their mistake, and I definitely don’t want to pay £6 a day to turn on my mobile roaming.
No Whatsapp? No online payment link? No way of replying to the email.
(none of this is an objection to paying for something I’ve seen - which I will sort - but I hope they can wait until next week)

Pathetic wasn’t it?
They just seem to have no idea how to engage with people.

Did anyone go to the Poster Sale at the Palace MCR a couple of months ago? It was an ATG+ member’s special event, £5 got you in and included one poster from the selection on offer. I bought a ticket but was recovering from an operation and didn’t feel up to it. I’m interested to know how it went and if they’re having any more of these around the country at ATG venues. It seems like a good idea at face value at least.

You don’t need to be worrying about snaring a rare ‘Joseph’ tour poster from the early days of Kenwrights reign (starring the bloke from kids programme ‘Watch’) when you should be knee deep in a duvet watching Clodagh cook something delicious on ‘This Morning’. x
