At least they have stopped mentioning her age.

If Debbie does make it to the final, there are going to be several thousand disappointed people in York. The panto starts on the afternoon of the Friday before the final.

If Debbie does make it to the final, there are going to be several thousand disappointed people in York. The panto starts on the afternoon of the Friday before the final. But surely she's magic and can be in two places at once? Couldn't resist! I really do hope she makes it if not to the end, close enough. Finally caught up on this week's episodes- the right person went, though why Davood was in the dance off I don't know. But thankfully sense prevailed. Charlotte wasn't awful but she was one of a crop of 'meh' ones and at this stage it's a bit anyone's game in that pool to go next. I thought Ruth was good this week, and it's nice to see her improve. She's obviously never going to be in the top ones but I enjoy seeing people get better. Susan did a lovely dance and I'm so pleased to see her genuinely learning to dance, and not just end up a comedy contestant. I liked Aston's dance even though he got a few harsh comments, and again Alexandra did a great job. Overall though nobody really blew me away this week, but I guess that happens. The pro dance however on the Sunday was fantastic- I love it when they throw some contemporary in as there's some great Contemporary dancers in the pros as well.

That ginger chap is on It Takes Two. He wears some natty little outfits. And he has just twerked. I’m feeling a little bit hot and bothered now. Why haven’t they got him dancing with one of the celebs? He looks like he could be fun...

Didn't they send him belly dancing or something last year? I seem to remember him unable to keep up and ending up on the floor. I agree he's a hoot, though I wouldn't fight you for him, not while Gorka's breathing.

Is that Neil Jones? He's married to Katya I think.

Everyone has a beard these days. I don’t usually go for beards.
He also has tattoos. I usually hate tattoos. But I will make an exception.
If you’ll excuse me I’m currently searching online for a maroon waistcoat with lapels. We’ll look a pair of Bobby Dazzlers doing the Argentine tango.

Neil was punching a bit above his weight to nab Katya. Hopefully he gets a shot as a full pro dancer next year, he deserves it.

For the first time ever, there's no Bruno tonight. He's staying in America, like Len used to do.
And Joanne Clifton was on BBC Breakfast this morning. When she's at 'home', she lives with the Joneses. Must be difficult to keep up!!

Well it'll be strange with only 3 judges and it probably means there will be more draws on the leader board. If I cared about any of them I'd vote.

Why was Davoods dance set in a coffee shop. Neither the music or outfits had any connection to it.

Craig being Bruno is possibly my favourite strictly moment ever!

Worst costumes ever. Why would they make Ruth look like Margaret Thatcher? Craig's homage to Bruno was absolutely hilarious.

So many of the outfits were truly awful. Have they got a new design team? Or has the budget just been slashed so they can only afford charity shop stuff?
Anton - time is up for him as far as I am concerned. He isn't funny. He doesn't bring out the best in anyone. Time to go.
That Paso wasn't worth a 10.

Only Anton could carry of such a flambouyant puffy sleeved costume (aka Copacabana) with such confidence.
Interesting that four celebrities ended up with the same score at the bottom of the leaderboard.

My thoughts exactly oxfordsimon . They used to have each pair in a different colour each week so the audience could differentiate. There was always a colour each celeb hated and they used to try and tone it down for them when it was their turn to wear it. Today there was a myriad of YELLOW and it was horrid. (Apart from Janette. Her dress was lovely.) Agree that paso wasn't worth a 10 (though it was really good.) Also, surely technically Alexandra was the best tonight (along with Debbie perhaps) so why on earth did they mark her so low? The voting will be interesting as there are so many draws that now, mathematically, the top person on the leader board could be in the bottom 2.

I agree that Craig's Bruno was just MAARVELLOUS, DAHRLING! Definitely best Strictly moment ever!
And may I add the awful camera work tonight to all the other complaints about costumes and marking, and also Claudia's painful 'funny' interludes.
I am sure that it must break one of those secret STRICTLY rules to double the tempo in the middle of a normal dance routine that is not a show dance as Karen and Simon did tonight during the Charleston. I bet Len wouldn't like it and Victor Silvester must be spinning in his grave – in 3/4 time of course!

Brilliant tonight without Bruno. Would quite happily not see him return I agree about maybe losing Bruno but with just three judges tonight we ended up with a whole clutch of couples at the bottom of the board with the same total. Maybe a new fourth judge with a different background might be useful to spread out the voting a bit more.

Lol! Pink ain't really my colour mate. Though I could carry off a Shakesperian puffy shirt though. Kinda like what Aston was wearing.

While I agree that Joe's Paso wasn't a 10, I was rather pleased to see he got a 10 before Aston, who hasn't improved at all since the start.

Such a bizarre show - the scoring was just nonsense!
And so were the costumes - the ballroom outfits were mostly dreadful and the lack of proper suits and tails really bothered me! Only Katya, Oti and Mollie looked good, though Amy did her best to carry off that hideous canary yellow colour! Debbie's dress was too long and Susan's was too short, otherwise they would both have been nice as well. Ruth's pink dress was nice but her hair was a disaster.
Joe & Katya best of the night for me - not worth a 10, but certainly worth a lot more than a 7, so it balanced out. Loved Jonnie & Oti and Alexandra & Gorka as well (though the judges are right about her feet, they've been bothering me for weeks!).
Thought Debbie was overmarked, and Aston's dance was awful - Janette is really not good at choreographing or teaching ballroom.
Anton's send up of Strictly Ballroom was hilarious, but the less said about Ruth's actual dancing, the better!
I won't be surprised if it's a shock elimination tonight.
