With the launch on right now, what does everyone think?
Pairings?
Who do you predict may excel?
Go.

Natalie is my favourite female pro. I think she's amazing.
That new girl Roxana who just got paired with Rinder looks a sassy piece of work!

Most uninspired pairing ever: Lesley and Anton.

Who? 😉 I fell for Natalie when she did that jive with a bloke off Eastenders to Hit The Road Jack. It was like she was on invisible springs.

I am betting on Ed Balls being first out - he doesn't appear to have any dance ability whatsoever

And on the basis of the group dance, I was right. Balls completely out of his depth.
Danny Mac was looking impressive

Ore looked good, so I'm disappointed with Joanne although maybe she'll prove me wrong.
Pleased for Oti.

I reckon once the get over the nerves and really into it that both Melvin and Ore overall will be amazing.
Louise will be brilliant at the Rumba
Claudia will be little pocket-rocket
I also think Tameka's larger than life personality will overshadow there dancing capacities.
From watching past series, I reckon this is a young person's game.
That's me sorted for the next three months; the toss up between Strictly and live theatre.
Thank God for i-Player!

Actually the new ginger male pro didn't get a partner... seems unfair!

Extremely unhappy that Neil (the redhead) didn't get partnered. Such a waste. I've seen him and his wife compete together many times and they are wonderful dancers and also very friendly. They have really interesting choreography and I was looking forward to that :-(

Neil should have got Greg - now that would have been worth watching!

Actually the new ginger male pro didn't get a partner... seems unfair! Neither did one of the new female pros. This was Chloe, she competes normally with AJ (the young new male pro).

I think its going to be a good series. There are a few potential good dancers there. Thank god for iplayer and Tivo or I would not be able to go out for a few months with Strictly, Victoria and Poldark just about to start.

Love Strictly! Think we've got a good set this year. It does frustrate me though how Anton's partners are always so predictable - thinking he could be the new judge next year when Len leaves. Plus I think Ed Balls is going to be one of the first off.

He may well be but I hope for his sake that he lasts a few weeks.
Correct me if I'm wrong here but when the come back and all perform the first dance (nerves out of the way) they get scored but no one leaves right? Those scores then get carried across to the next week where they then start to get eliminated.
