How can I get tickets for this? There is currently only availability for Thursday matinees in May and June through the Ticketmaster website. There will also be a daily and weekly lottery for the show

The only thing that will slow the system down is if people don't bring the right information or have purchased their tickets from a tout. It will be down to the theatre to have a plan in place to quickly remove these people from the queue and deal with their problems elsewhere so the queue can keep moving. And if anyone in the West End is gonna get this system right then it's gonna be Cameron Mackintosh. I hope that we get some form of proper ticket. Will be a shame if it's just a piece of paper with your seat number on

Not sure, but all the stuff I got said "no app," and I'm guessing it'll stay that way? Bottom of the priority booking email "Please note that Priority booking is not available through the Ticketmaster App." I believe you can now use the app for the general sale

I may be wrong but wasn't the issue with the ticketmaster app just for the priority sale as there is no priority code system set up on the app? I believe people can use the app for the general sale

My main challenge was trying to work out which of the squares featured commercial trucks, when Ticketmaster needed to prove I wasn't a robot. I Kept getting it wrong!! I had apartment blocks. Easier than trucks I reckon. And so American! You'd think ticketmaster could think up a British set of pics 😂 I had neither of those. I just had to tick a box which said I am not a robot

I wonder if the producers will care that it's being reported that it was really easy to get tickets? Doesn't make it sound like the hottest ticket in town, does it? They're retweeting comments that say that so they don't seem to care. Although I'm amazed that some people found it so easy. Probably the most difficult ticket booking situation I've ever had. Definitely seems to be a mix of people with good and bad experiences but it seems that everybody that wanted tickets today has walked away with something. I managed to have my confirmation email through by 12:01 so I'm certainly grateful that I had a very easy experience

I've got a ticket for row A of the grand... anybody know what these seats were like pre refurbishment? I imagine pretty decent? Also, is Lin Manuel in this from November? Or is that not happening? There's been no official word on when he will be in the show just that he intend to join the cast for a short time at some point. I'd imagine it will be some time next year after he finishes with Mary Poppins

Why are some of the rows not on sale? For example, the first row of the circle... Some tickets will be for the daily and weekly lotteries. Also they will most likely be holding back tickets for the general sale at the end of the month

All booked in 5 minutes! Got 2 row d stalls for the first preview, a dress circle ticket for a show in december and an upper circle for January. That booking process was super easy. thrilled. Once added to your basket were they secured for you for a certain amount of time?

So interestingly the premium tickets are in the middle section of the back set of stalls. Not the front block

I think the code will be pre-queue. If it was at checkout, there would be nothing stopping thousands of people "looking" at tickets when the presale opens, clogging up the system. They would even be able to add them to their basket. Does Ticketmaster have a system where you have 10 minutes from when it is in your basket?

The premium tickets are definitely expensive however they know that people will pay that money. The rest of the ticket pricing is pretty normal and isn't reallly much different to other big west end shows. Plus they're doing daily and weekly ticket lotteries for cheaper prices as well

Cameron Mackintosh has just been on the One Show and says he plans to unveil how they will deal with ticket touts in the next few days and described it as revolutionary for London

Has anyone received their email about the presale yet starting on Monday? I'm assuming they must be sending out some kind of email with a link for the presale soon

Interesting article on the stage website today about how they intend to stop ticket touts for Hamilton in London. You will only be able to get your physical ticket once you arrive at the theatre

I tend to stay at The Hub when staying in London. Rooms are small but perfect for a stay where all you need is a bed and bathroom. It's owned by Premier Inn.
