I'm excited for this! Big fan of NatalieDormer and David Oakes - I've been hoping to catch him on stage again since Shakespeare in Love!

I saw the matinee on saturday with a friend and I'm still processing it. Did anyone else also catch the RSC production last summer? The two couldn't be more different in my eyes but I loved them both equally. The only thing I had seen Andrew Scott in previously was Pride, so I didn't really have all that much of an idea of what he was like but like many of you, I was completely drawn in by his portrayal. I loved how raw it was. And Juliet Stevenson! What an incredible talent (and wasn't that dress she wore in her first scenes stunning?) I thought that she made a really wonderful Gertrude. On a whole I thought that the rest of the cast were pretty great, although I found Claudius to be very one-note and boring, which is a shame. I really do hope that this transfers as I would love to get a second viewing of it!

Saw Hayley Atwell at today's matinee of Hamlet! Wasn't sure if it was her or not but saw her again on the way out

This wasn't on my radar at all until I saw Baz's tweet - will definitely try and nab tickets for this on feb 1st. I must admit that, as a fan of Buffy and Nurse Jackie, Anthony Head and Eve Best are definitely the draws for me!

Sutton Foster, Jessie Mueller, Andy Mientus, Megan Hilty, Christian Borle, Colin Donnell, Joshua Henry and Jeremy Jordan are all ones I'd love to see be in a show over here! As for who I'd love to have back it'd be Andy Karl, Jonathan Groff, Gavin Creel and Michael Arden!

I'm quite partial to going to Fiori Corner opposite the London Hippodrome in Leic. Sq! Cheap, quick service and the food is pretty good!

Any dates for London at all yet? Not by the looks of things! But Southend's only an hour (ish) away by train from London. The Cliff's is about a five minute walk from the station. It's always an option!

Aneurin Barnard (Spring Awakening/The White Queen/War and Peace etc) was four rows in front of me at Groundhog Day this afternoon - not everyday you end up near your favourite actor! Half kept an eye out for others but didn't spot anyone else!

Personally, I'd love to see Rosalie Craig as Satine. Not sure who I'd pick for Christian though. Hadleigh Frasier. Hadley would never go for it. I remember seeing tweets in the past where people were discussing Moulin Rouge as a stage production and tagged him in tweets about how he'd be a great Christian and he's said that he's not a fan of the film so he wouldn't consider doing it. A shame, really - he'd be incredible. One can only hope that he'd change his mind!

After a combined four hours between my friend and I we were finally able to get a pair of tickets! I was beginning to think we'd miss out again after failing to get tickets for Richard III! I can only hope the production is going to be worth all this hassle!

This has made my day! I've been hoping for years that it'd make it to the stage! It'd be perfect for the Palladium (or maybe even Drury Lane?)

What are the chances of this transferring to the West End if it's a hit at the Fringe? I missed out on seeing it on Broadway and there's no way I'd be able to get up to Edinburgh to see it.

Any news on who the next McKinley will be? It'll be sad to see Stephen Ashfield leave the London production but Broadway is so lucky to get him!

I can upload that if it would help you? Not on here, please, thanks.Woops, sorry! Also I just realised that my post probably made it sound like the picture was during the show - it wasn't. (That's the last time I post on here at 3am) Again, sorry :S

I've had a quick flick back through the topic but can't see anything specific about the seats in row AA - just bought some for a week Saturday. Theatre Monkey have them listed as green which is obviously a good sign for value for money but I'm curious as to how side on they are. Any help greatly appreciated. Cheers :-) I sat in AA4 when I saw the show on Wednesday night and I thought it was excellent! Obviously being on the side you don't get the full effect (especially when it comes to the projections in act two) but I couldn't complain for the price! I have a sneaky picture of the view from my seat - I can upload that if it would help you?

Michael, they did do a studio version of Megan's Don't Forget Me! I don't think it was included on the Bombshell CD but they released it around the time of the opening night episode! I got it from a tumblr when the episode first aired but it's on YouTube - enjoy!

I miss those John vs Killian videos - they were absolutely brilliant! It's a shame no one else has done anything like it, but I supposed it probably wouldn't work as well without their personalities

I honestly don't get why Gary Barlow's suddenly been getting so involved in musical theatre. He was always quite disparaging of it on the X Factor when someone sounded too musical theatre-y

No one puts Babs in the corner. Wait until she's Mama Rose. I think there's a chance that Daisy could end up as her Gypsy or even June.... I hope this link works

It'd be a shame if it closed for good. I saw three productions in there, and all were brilliant: The Clockmaker's daughter, Thoroughly Modern Millie and [title of show]. I will be forever grateful that they staged [title of show] - I really love this show and I'm sure I'd have never seen it otherwise. And the cast was amazing. Revival anyone? I am so with you on the [title of show] front - it was the only show I've seen at the Landor and that production was incredible! Such a great place for it! It would a real shame if the Landor was closing

I'm firmly in the camp if people who thoroughly enjoyed it! Yes, the set list was not quite what I expected but I thought that she put on a brilliant show! It's been almost a week now and I'm still not over it!

Not quite at the theatre but I swear I walked past Lee Mead in Stratford-upon-Avon this morning. If it wasn't him then he apparently has a twin! I might be able to help here... (!) Did the Stratford "Lee" have thick legs? If so, it was probably him... (When I saw his Christmas show last year, I was struck by how chunky his legs were. Quite at odds with the rest of him. He hates his own legs apparently, and hated showing them off in Joseph. He told us so during the concert, calling them "rugby players' legs".) Can't say that I payed much attention to his legs as I walked past!

Apparently Elaine Paige and Alexander Hanson were at Bernadette Peters last Friday in London (I didn't see them though)

I saw it tonight at the theatre itself (back row of the gods)! This was my first time seeing Hamlet live and my god - I thought it was incredible! Essiedeu absolutely blew me away - he's got an incredible career ahead of him, I'm sure.
I wasn't particularly keen on Gertrude either! She seemed to rush quite a few of her lines.
