I can only second what Pennywise57 already said. The Dundee concert was great, Eva has a fantastic onstage presence and a fantastic sense of humour. It was worth the trip over Tay Bridge to listen to her sing.

Seth Rudetsky said on his Twitter that he's coming to London to do "something fabulous" weekend of 13th April. One of those "I'm working on something awesome, but I can't tell you what" tweets. Last year he did couple of concerts with Audra McDonald. Anyone wants to have a guess what it is this year?

Pretty sh*te seeing as you ask...my temp job got rid of me in a slightly shady manner. All will be fine (it always is right?) but doesn't mean it doesn't feel like kicking this old dog while she's down and all that. I did however find some leftover Christmas chocolate balls (steady) so there's hope I guess. Yay to balls (story of my life)! Sorry about the job emi, hopefully something better will come up soon!

Who's going to Dundee this Saturday? Greenock Morton supporters? KO 15:00. I had to google that to show how out of touch I am. Think Eva is going as well?

very true, but equally - touring venues work much further ahead with their diaries, I doubt many of the venues that could take the full version of this show have a great deal of availability for 2019. Still, I would love it to happen! That's true, Edinburgh Playhouse announced Kinky Boots as their Christmas show for 2018 in October 2017 I think...

Wish I had the SSE Rewards thing to get tickets on presale. Hopefully there will be some tickets left when it opens to general public.

I had the weirdest dream tonight. I went to see Hamilton with my boyfriend and some friends. We found them in the circle, but instead of seats, there were prie-dieux, so we had to kneel to watch it. Also, my boyfriend was making sarcastic comments and was scoffing all the time whilst watching the show. We then, magically, appeared in the stalls, Royal Family was present and they played Polish National Anthem before/after/during the show. Even then, the sarcastic comments and scoffs didn't stop. And then a man walked on stage and said they can't continue with the show tonight, because they can't find Peggy. And then I woke up.

Argh, correction! Norman just told me Tom has messed up his dates and he is off February 15th to 21st. So those are Norman’s last Julian Marsh dates. Sorry for the confusion. Seeing it on 22nd, so hope that Tom is rested.

Since I like numbers, I've been wondering if there was some research done/published about the effectiveness of the new ticketing system CamMack is using for Hamilton, or is it too early to say? Would like to know how many tickets were invalidated, due to being found on viagogo and similar.

a panicked Miele aged woman Sometimes, even I hesitate to ask what goes through an "auto-correct" programmer's head at times. As old as a fridge?

I am finally seeing The Play That Goes Wrong on Wednesday. I've been going to NT Archive this week to watch plays too. I would highly recommend it if based in London. Can you say a bit more about this - perhaps start a new thread - it sounds interesting. Can you see NT live recordings and how do you get access? Thanks. That sounds like a great idea. I want to plan a visit to London and spend some time at the archive. Looking at the catalogue they have recordings of Little Night Music with La Dench, which I would love to see.

Had an amazing walk to work today through snow-covered Edinburgh. I'm so happy to be working close to Edinburgh castle. Haven't seen in covered in snow since 2012. I just hope it won't get all sludgy by lunchtime. Also, another achievement - I've managed to force myself into going to yoga at 7am. https://www.instagram.com/p/BeC1y_MFOUv

I booked Stalls B15 for July on an impulse. I hate these expensive impulses. Kelli better be there!

It's snowing a lot in Edinburgh right now. Feels all nice and Christmas-y. My Facebook feed reminded me today, that exactly a year ago presale tickets for Hamilton were release. I remember I prepared my ticketmaster account over the weekend and then found a mobile browser for my phone that uses flash. During training session I frantically refreshed the page and finally managed to get tickets for February. 36 days to go!

I've been twice to the gym this week! It's a major achievement for me, as I never worked out before, so was a bit apprehensive about going, but needs must. I must say, I really enjoyed my first yoga session and wasn't aware how inflexible I am.

I thought I'd mention it as I do go on a bit about how much it costs for a plumber to tut at my u-bend. I have recently ran into my first plumbing related problems as a homeowner. After putting in a valiant effort of "I CAN FIX IT!", I realised I would have to disassemble the whole damned thing, so decided to make it someone else's problem. Turns out, two of my former colleagues have plumber-boyfriends. I need to get one of these. Long story short, the lovely lad came over, didn't let me describe correctly what the problem is, fixed the wrong thing, fixed the right thing and asked for £40. A Christmas miracle.
