Also, the real question is, if she is 16, how can she afford so many theatre tickets? I'm 30, I work, and can't go to the theatre as many times as I'd like to! They’re about 18/19, and working

Sources tell me that it’s the same group from Heathers who have caused this. To be fair, it’s only one member of the group from Heathers who is also part of the Bat Out of Hell and ETAJ “fandoms”

Doesn't look like we will get a performance from Emily. Given that she doesn’t really sing anymore, I shouldn’t get my hopes up about it being Queen Julie (but I still will)

What awards can this pick up in 2019? I feel like it needs to win everything it’s eligble for! I just checked the SOLT website, and whist the Arts is considered an Affiliate Theatre rather than a West End Theatre, it falls under this category: "*The above Affiliate Member theatres have opted to pay the Performance Levy to allow all their productions (in their main space) to be eligible for the main category Olivier Awards. They are not eligible for the Affiliate Award". So it will be eligable for Best New Musical and any catagory it could fall into. I haven't seen the show yet, but based on photos and videos, I could well see the six girls get a Best Actress in a Musical joint nomination at least. But again, it's a stacked catagory. I’m not sure how this works/how up to date their list is, as last year The Other Palace had the same status as above (and still does) yet when the list of Olivier eligible productions was released, only 1 show from TOP made the cut, even though other shows also met the opening date/number of performances criteria. I also seem to remember someone saying on the Olivier Awards thread that they didn’t think the Arts was paying the Levy anymore, but I think they’d be silly not to as they certainly have the chance to score some nominations!

Going by her Instagram posts, I’m assuming Sarah O’Connor is first cover Jenna

You saying how easy it is to find it and even posting the name of the website where the house is, is not helping tho. I know usual posters here won't look it up, cause we're not that kind of fans. But you never know who's lurking. But someone had already said the name of the site, a couple of posts before mine! I wouldn't have mentioned it otherwise. Actually I only know it exists because Carrie kept mentioning it on her Instagram... I assumed they were referring to the property search site, rather than GuruGossip

As I've not read anything, is he still doing that Broadway show? The one that made him change the London concert dates. American Son - yes, it closes next weekend

I just checked Olivia’s Spotlight CV - she’s playing Francine Pomatter and covering both Dawn and Jenna!

By the looks of things, Olivia is hinting she will understudy Jenna. Two posts on Instagram of her with the baby bump. Obviously this may just be her playing around in rehearsals, but still, worth noting. Or they might’ve been rehearsing Club Knocked Up

These new pictures are all so beautiful. I don't know who took them but I'm going to guess they went back to Matt Crockett as they don't seem to be Darren Bell's style. Yeah, the post of new photos on the London Theatre Bookings website confirms they’re Matt Crockett’s work

If it was pulled for ticket sales reasons, I do think it was always going to be tricky to sell a one-man show before announcing who that man was going to be, and surely you would anticipate sales picking up once that announcement was made, so maybe things just didn’t come together for this one. A real shame, as it was wonderful at the Vault Festival with Jamie Muscato at the helm, and it deserves to have more people see it.

A superfan told me at 42nd Street the other night that there were fans planning to camp from the end of the Friday show for the dayseats. Heathers round 2 it seems. Oh no, Heathers they camped all day on the Friday, not just after the show

Has this been discussed? As of April 1st, Hamilton is adding 30 seats in the stalls. They should remove the extreme side seats as the view is severely obstructed. ADDING them?!?! Where the bloody hell are they thinking of putting them? Abolish all the aisles completely? Moving Row K (and thus all rows behind) forward a bit, to squeeze another row in at the back

The Other Palace website has short descriptions for the shows Oh wow I didnt even think to look there; feel pretty stupid! Thanks for letting me know No worries! It is pretty poor to not have those descriptions on the actual website though

It’s a little annoying that the website doesn’t even have small descriptions of the shows. I want to try a few of these out, but i’d rather pick based on a rough idea of what they’re about rather than just a title. The Other Palace website has short descriptions for the shows

I’m starting to think they meant Christmas 2019 when they said the album would be out before Christmas. I mean they have 4 days left but they’re all weekend/bank holidays so 🤷🏻♀️ The ‘before Christmas’ came from Paul Taylor-Mills so I was always inclined to take it with a pinch of salt, given that he’s not involved in the actual production/mixing of the recording, and those that are (Kevin Murphy, Larry O’Keefe) have been quite clear that they aren’t going to rush it because they want it to be as good as it can be

There’s the possibility of some changes happening next year, as there’ll be a new producer, but I’m not holding my breath!

Les Mis 25th Anniversary tour at Barbican, a 30 minute train journey to London turned into 2 hours due to a fatality on the line. If I remember correctly, we arrived part way through the Prologue, and were allowed in to our seats at At The End of the Day. There were a fair amount of latecomers for the same reason.
