Finally booked to see this again in May, looking forward to seeing the new cast. I loved some of the new cast members! Dom Hartley-Harris is really great Washington. Maybe not as tall as Obioma Ugoala, but with a gorgeous voice and mesmerising eyes. Jon Robyns is simply the best. The King is finally in the house for me, and the part got the depth I needed and could not see there last year. And the new dance moves as well. I got to see standby Eliza Sharon Rose and she portrays her character beautifully! I liked reading her emotions on her face - this is what Rachelle's Eliza doesn't give me, as her face stays unemotional at some points and I don't know what her character feels. With Saron, I could read her as an open book, and oh I loved that book. Hope to see her covering other sisters as well P. S. slightly less impressed with Allyson Ava-Brown's Angelica though, but maybe I'll warm to her next time? Her portrayal lacked chemistry with Hamilton for me, and I saw her with 2 different Alexanders. I was there for Karl Queensboro's first show as Hamilton, and he made an interesting one. Hope to catch him later in the run to see how his character develops, as I see a big potential there.

Hello!
I want to get a ticket for this for my July theatre weekend. the website says "government issued photo ID" must be produced to claim the ticket at the box office. I don't drive, and haven't travelled abroad in over 10 years, so my passport is out of date.
What have people here been showing at the box office to get their tickets?

They did not ask to see my ID, just the credit card I booked with. I was about to buy another ticket with theatre vouchers but saw at checkout that they do not accept vouchers, just card payments, darn.

An out of date passport is still a valud form of id; you just can’t travel on it. Ring the info line if you’re unsure.

As long as you still look similar to your passport photo that'll be fine to show as ID. My friend used theirs even though it was out of date by two years as they had lost their driving licence the day before they went to the show.

Apply for a provisional driving licence - you don't ever have to use it, but it's useful to have as ID.

Do I get to wear that swanky green outfit? If not, then I shan't bother.

If you look like your old passport just use that one, they don't need to be in date. I have a free travelcard, do you have anything like that? They took my travelcard for me.

Saw it for 3rd and probably final time on Saturday. Enjoyed but it dragged a little. Also, the Burr on show was nowhere near Giles in terms of performance. Sat in grand Circle slips and for £20 it is a good seat. Bit of the stage cut off but nothing important

Does anybody here know if the photo brochure features the original cast still or if it has been updated? Both times I saw the show in its first year the brochure was still with the Broadway cast but I’d love a copy of the OLC in print . The brochure on the merchandise website has the sticker in the corner stating it’s the OBC: hamiltonwestendshop.com/homepage/fan-favourites/hamilton-brochure-london Thanks in advance.

When we went in late December the brochure was mostly the original London cast with a small section featuring the OBC. Hope that answers your question.

^ Thank you. I know there is one, but I was wondering which cast is featured. Sorry for not being clear.

^ It would be best to email customer service - they're very quick to respond. I also had a query about the hoodie as the stock image differs from the one sold at the Victoria Palace. They were indeed selling the London version (i.e. black string and "London" stamped on the sleeve) and simply hadn't bothered updating the image online. Still haven't.

Does anyone know when we will be able to buy tickets for October? Have they announced anything about the next booking period?

We just had May’s tickets come out so it looks like they are releasing 5 months in advance, a month at a time.

I'm there tomorrow night and I notice my reminder email has a different seat to the one I originally booked (the change of seat wasn't mentioned in the email, I just spotted it).
Original seat was Grand Circle Slips A5 (£20).
New seat is Royal Circle Slips A1.
I presume there's not between the quality of the seats? The new seat is lower down but less central. And the new seat is usually more expensive, so it could be classed as an upgrade. Nothing I'm too concerned about. But is it typical they just change people's bookings and presume they won't notice?

Saw this in London back in the summer after wanting to see it so many times on Broadway and failing to get tickets.
It's a show I admired rather than loved. I'm certainly not in a rush to see it again, anyway.

I'm planning a trip for October and I wanted to buy my ticket for this well in advance, since it is so hard to get them. The plan was to buy Hamilton first, then everything else depending on the Hamilton date.

Pfttt!!! 😂😂😂 You should think yourself lucky to even know it exists! Sir Cameron wants us all to book, and be herded in and out, exactly how and when he says. And don’t even think of asking for an actual ticket. You’ll be allowed to give him your money on his terms, not yours. Make sure you pick up some ‘crisps in a tub’ in the bar...

It really isn't that hard to get tickets for this (even cheap tickets) now provided you book in the day or so of release. Even easier if you're only looking for a single ticket. I wouldn't be too concerned.

Last night was my first time seeing the new cast.
A comment on Royal Circle Slips A1. An excellent view - of half the stage. I suspect A4 sees a bit more due to the angle.
The view was made worse by the family taking up the other three seats having positioned their bags and coats between their chairs and mine, forcing me to be much further into the slips than the equivalent at the other side. Yes, I should have said something, but I was too polite to interrupt their evening.
On the plus side, you can see into the wing, so you get a good view of King George III when he's hovering (which compensates for his second song, where you can't see him at all). Jon Robyns also made Sifiso corpse when they were on stage together.
All the leads were on, which is incredibly unusual. There was a swing on for James Reynolds, but these are never shown on the cast board. I think it was Manaia Glassey-Ohlson.
I don't think the replacement cast is as strong, as a group, as the original. Also think that the dancing has lost some of its tightness. But overall, this remains a decent show.
