BBC Presenter Ritchie Anderson has just been announced.
I wonder if he's this years gay celebrity? as the had a male last year I would have thought they'd bee seeking a female this year.
But then again, what to I know?

I mean he is gay, but whether he is the gay celebrity to be paired with a male partner remains to be seen, thus my previous comments of thinking there'd be a female this year. |

Traditionally amongst the celebrities there is always the following; a comedian, a celebrity with a disability, an older 'more mature' celebrity, a sporting celebrity- now doubt they'll try and get one of the Lioness' or someone from the Commonwealth Games- and most recently a gay celebrity.
Have I forgotten any?
For me, Kay Adams, falls into the more mature category and Ritchie Anderson into the gay category.
I'd love to see what comedian is up for it this year.

Zoe Lyons would be good for the comedian slot or if they want to go more left of field, perhaps Ed Gamble. Anyone who's got touring commitments or other shows likely won't be chosen. |

She's called Mary Byrne, but haven't found a record of her doing strictly this year. Like all 4 announced so far and I have heard of all of them so a start. Seen Kaye Adams when i went to Loose Women once and she will take it seriously. Very Professional.
