Thanks emsworthian and alicechallice! I was trying to resist and be sensible and hope for a London transfer... but this evening I caved and bought a matinee ticket.
It's front row, which the introvert in me hates - but also right beside the entrance, which the claustrophobe in me is fully in favour of. ;-)
(Though no thanks whatsoever are due to the Chichester booking tool, which threw a server error at me as I paid and gave me a horrendous two minutes of not knowing if I had a ticket or not, until I tried paying again, at which point it decided the payment had actually gone through in the first place...)

Even MORE tickets suddenly available for this again! Did the people of Chichester buy tickets without checking their summer festival diaries first?! "Oh bloody hell, Mildred, we're double-booked now! It's Boomtown that weekend!"

I just picked up a couple for a Saturday night. Most dates with availability - and they seem to be in the same sort of places. Guessing they held some back?

Still waiting for dates on this one - anyone know any more? CFT still have my cash! It’s still featured on their forthcoming shows on the website and says ‘dates for 2022 to be announced’ so I’d say that pretty much confirms it’s going to be part of this year’s season, which should be announced in Feb.

The season is due to be announced on 3 March then priority booking starts on the 12th. I wonder if those of us with tickets on hold will be contacted in the period between ?

Yes I've been wondering. I only just managed to get a ticket originally, being so popular I'm surprised it's taken this long to reschedule.

I would hope so as presumably there are a fair few of us holding onto tickets that'll need to fit in before they sell the remainder?

When the Taxidermist's Daughter was rescheduled, the CFT contacted ticket holders 10 days before the new dates were announced - so presumably they'll do the same with the Unfriend

Saw this last night, as it was the press night lots of celeb spotting to be had. It went down a storm. Lots of laughter and it was great to see something light and fun which wasn’t trying to be a metaphor for the state of the nation or hammer home a political message! The early reviews look very positive too, which must be a relief for all involved given the delay in getting this staged.

Reviews I’ve seen very positive.
Really looking forward to seeing this next week, in need of a good laugh.
