If you don't have tickets for this yet, you are truly going to miss out on one of the most excellent shows.
A really good first preview today, with the usual start-(or also often end-)of-run mistakes that honestly give this show its charm. (All minor things, along the vein of 'I like your pen', 'I don't have a pen,' 'Yes, I'd noticed') Act 1 is mostly unchanged from previous iterations of the show. A couple of lyric and line changes and some tweaks to orchestrations, also a much higher set budget! It looks amazing. Act 2 sees more changes. Act As If has been reworked, as has the long dialogue scene before they find out the fate of the mission. And as for the Glitzy Finale? There are no words.
Please go. This show deserves such a warm reception to the West End.

Oh - having said Act 1 doesn't change much, I have to say I don't particularly like the new arrangement for All the Ladies. It worked better when it was a little simpler.

Been over a year since I’ve last seen it and I absolutely love what they’ve done with the show. Felt as charming as ever, but still deserving of the bigger stage.

Have they made any improvements/updates to the theatre?

I was at the first preview on Friday night and it was fantastic. This is going to be such a huge hit and rightly so.
Everything there is to say about this wonderful, joyous piece of musical theatre has probably already been said on here. But the West End production budget has taken it to another level, as if that were possible.
The glitzy finale has certainly lived up to its name, at last!
Mincemeat deserves to run and run and run. And surely it will.
Five stars! Now, to book my next visit…

It's so funny to see the titles of songs that I'd not realised what they were called haha

I've booked for next Friday using the National Lottery voucher. Can't wait to see both the show and to finally visit the Fortune Theatre.

I didn’t realise it was two rows that they added at the front of the stalls. I moved from row B to row A but it is AA that is actually the front row. So I exchanged my tickets for nothing.

How is it near the front? We booked row B with no seats in front. Then they filled the gap. Then they added another row! By then there was nothing else we could move to so we have stuck but I like to be prepared.

Had the absolute pleasure of seeing this yesterday — I caught the Riverside Studios incarnation but wow it’s incredible what they’ve done with a budget. Row B stalls was wonderful, great view of everything, and the show is just as funny and clever as I remembered! Took an American friend who’s visiting and she adored it too but said a couple of language jokes were lost on her. I’m going to book again as soon as I can.

Absolutely loved the show, Natasha's comedic timing is like no other! Her improvisation when the ceiling lights accidentally hit the floor last night was hilarious and had the audience in stitches. Though am confused with one thing: what is the design on their yellow-background poster supposed to be? I've been staring at it for ages and still can't seem to make out what it is.

It's not super obvious that it's meant to be Hitler, I think the logo with the writing need to be placed higher to make a face.

Yeah, I’ve seen that art a few times, but the penny only dropped what it actually is when I saw it in a circle, as in the social media avatar here: http://instagr.am/p/Cp4tvNVDb6W

It's very similar to the Cameron Mackintosh logos like Cats, My Fair Lady and Oliver!
