Is this a joke? Is this going to be an 'aha, got you' moment from the producers? Will I get some reward or partial refund on the day for paying £80 to sit at the back of the circle - the same bleeding price as the stalls? And at the Fortune Theatre, of all places. I paid £35 and having just checked a few dates - Thursday 20 to Wednesday 26 April - all remaining seats are still £35. There seems to be a long period of previews at that price before the high prices kick in. I predict that varied pricing will kick in for May onwards. The difference in sold seats between March/April and , at double the price, May onwards is considerable !

Well, I just looked for tickets for a Saturday in May, and yeah.... not paying the same for the back of the upper circle as I am for the stalls - and I'm not paying £79.50 for a seat in the stalls. I shall keep my eyes peeled for discounting, which given the volume of tickets for the day I'm looking at, must surely kick in at some point.
I don't know what they're playing at - at least one of the cast has been at Producing Workshops I've been at - they know this isn't the way you price a venue... (of course, I realise it is now out of the casts' hands as well).

9 seats in row B will no longer have extra legroom as they are reinstating the 9 seats that were missing for The Woman in Black. Gutted as I booked seats in row B for the extra legroom.

(Well, got my friend to choose those ones). Surely they should give us the option to move forward before putting them on sale (though not sure what legroom the reinstated seats will have)

Apparently the legroom should be adequate but not amazing. I rang ATG (spent 25 mins on hold) and managed to swap mine to row A. I am a theatrecard member with free exchanges though.

Got a mailshot from them on this offering the front row seats for a two week advance sale for the newsletter/sign up members.
But odd that you seem to have to send in a request form and then they will advise if you have the tickets and presumably send you the bill for them, you can give up to three dates.
The email had a picture of them building the set and showing all the woman in black staircase and front has been cleared to give the nine extra seats.
They also say the new seats give great vantage point for the full experience and highlight the likely add on for anyone there of spit, full spit!

I had completely missed when they announced the transfer that there was also a largely new creative team. Apologies it this has already been mentioned.
Rob Hastie directing, Ben Stones designing set and costumes, and Mark Henderson lighting design (all from Standing At The Sky's Edge). Jenny Arnold stays on as choreographer.
Will be interesting to see how much more 'west end' they make it whilst still remaining true to the earlier iterations.

Thanks for that, I didn't realise it was a new production. I'll have to see it now!
The single that they've released is fab, or rather God that's brilliant.

Does anyone know what the view is like from the boxes at the Fortune? I listened to an interview with Rachel Parris where she said that you could see some of the stage mechanisms from the boxes which slightly took away from the jumpscare effects in WIB - I don't know if this will still be true as it sounds like they're transforming the space a bit

I'm still not over the fact that the cheapest ticket I can get, aside from previews, is £83.30 with the booking fee......

I'm still not over the fact that the cheapest ticket I can get, aside from previews, is £83.30 with the booking fee...... I was successful in the front row scheme but I thought ROW A looked bad enough looking up; what would AA be??? I declined; I don't fancy a stiff neck afterwards.

I used to prefer LMDiV too (although when I initially saw the show, it did feel like the weakest number when it came to serving the narrative), but the replacement actually grew on me a lot and now I feel like it's a good change. Even if it's a shame Claire lost a song.
