Is the front row C? Or is it B but held back for dayseats? B doest seem to be on sale. What’s the legroom situ on whatever the front row is? Row B is the front row, sold as day seats. A friend who sat there said legroom was fine, there's a gap between the row and the stage which also helps with not being too restricted.
After the curtain calls there's a short reprise of Roar with the whole cast, which might be what xanady is talking about. Having seen the show's replies on Twitter earlier in the week, I filmed from the start of the bows through to the jukebox at the end, and wasn't asked to stop. There were certainly others in the circle doing the same.
A few line changes here and there from the last Manchester show, but nothing major and I believe nothing changed at all musically. The biggest change was the slight expansion of the epilogue. I'm back near the end of previews so looking forward to seeing what, if anything, has changed by then.

B which is day seats! I was (unusually for me lol) in the upper circle so didn't have the best view of that bit of stalls but from what could see thought leg room looked very good, but stage did look high. UPPER CIRCLE? 😷 I take it there are lifts yes? What would Dawn say? 😂 Looking forward to squeezing this in somewhere. No lifts lol - I took my 43 year old body up (and down!) the extensive staircase! Brought back memories of the theatre going days of my 20s...... Ahhhh simpler times. Dawn was busy looking for her Babycham!

^People were filming the full version of ‘Roar’ when Juliet is in the raised balcony on the front trap and also the entire finale. They seemed to know that ‘Roar’ was a big moment as they appeared to have phones at the ready.Thought they were either family members of cast or friends of cast or maybe creatives who had permission? There is a fine line in the early performances between wanting the show to ‘take off’ and breaking copyright laws.I personally think that patrons are so used to filming at concerts that the edges are now blurred. Was proud that my daughter just enjoyed the moment, kept her mobile in her pocket and didn’t want to watch ‘life through a lens’.Lot of people around us celebrating wildly at the end as if it was a personal/professional triumph.Felt like we had crashed a private party lol. Also ads in the theatre saying that there was professional filming going on in the theatre which is probs for publicity purposes. Big shout out to the design elements people on this show...surely some awards on the way for costume and set?Sound design was perfection. My daughter published a review on her MT Instagram fanpage this morning and mentioned Cassidy to congratulate her and got a re-post from her so she is over the moon. Merch notes-programme was £8,I think...beautifully produced with some lovely pics from the Mcr version...no fridge magnets, badges, key rings....boo! Watch yourselves coming out of the theatre.Lots of roadworks and nearly saw a group of girls mown down right in front of me...awful!

One of the most random theatres in the W/E and all the better for it, from it’s random location to its random foh layout.

^Yes,indeed,it sounds like it could be...they definitely need the additional toilets as it was very frenetic in the corridors last night with people trying to queue for the loos and others trying to squeeze through to reach the bars.

Thanks for this, I'm tempted to grab one for Grace's Juliet debut on the 27th.
Has anyone used a Time Out offer before and has any experiences to share? I know they're reputable, but what are the seats generally like?

It is on A Band pricing seats, so I went through the available shows and picked the one with the best/most A Band tickets on sale which was Monday the 25th (at that point). I think the Thursday show later that week also had quite a few good ones left as well. I take it you are assigned best available when you purchase or at least I'd hope so, but I guess we'll find out on the night.

Would have taken up the Today Tix offer or the Time Out one but not being able to select my seats gives me palpitations.
That said glad they are immediately doing some offers - this show will truly thrive on word of mouth so bums on seats is exactly what it needs. Also quick look through the seating plans next few weeks - it's actually doing pretty good pleasingly.

Plus the friend I am going with is amazing at chucking tantrums, so if we get sh*tty seats I'll just set him loose on the box office x

I've never thrown a tantrum, but I have very politely asked if there is a chance of somewhere with a better view as I didn't realise they were so far away/the knee room was so tight/there is someone in the row in front with BIG hair and it has nearly always worked. If not I may have to try the frail old lady act in future although doing lots of exercise kind of negates that option.

You pick your seats with TodayTix, no? Well i always have been able to. Not always, though it seems a bit more prevalent here now that you can. In NYC it is more assigned seating, but here they seem to let you choose. I got Yerma tickets in the US and for a few other shows and couldn't pick my seat but they were all excellent seats.

Yes, it's part of the overall plan to return Tottenham Court Road and Gower Street to two-way traffic, so they're having to reconfigure the junction at Princes Circus, outside the Shaftesbury. Due to complete Spring next year.

Absolutely loved this last night. Nothing to add from what I said from Manchester really. Sensational cast, wonderful music, brilliant staging, sets, lights and effects. Charming story woven through these catchy tunes. And there is clearly confidence in the product as the two shows in Manc I saw, to last night, saw no changes whatsoever. Sold out and the first night audience lapped it up (with nothing for the Bad Behaviour thread which is nice). Will definitely be going again. The ultimate feel good musical. Perfect antidote to the misery of Brexit Britain. And the best show currently on a West End stage! Best show on a West End stage... wow I’m now excited!

I bought a ticket for this through Todaytix not sure when I bought it though must have been a promotion as I paid £22 for row N in the stalls for a Friday night. Decided this weekend to book further tickets for family who will be in the UK over Christmas and the exact same tickets in Row N are now £86. They have certainly gone up in price. No reductions as I need Friday night tickets.

I wonder if any of the &Juliet team have seen ‘Tootsie’ on Broadway? There’s a spoof musical within the musical called ‘Juliet’s Nurse’ ( originally’Juliet’s Curse’ but retitled by Dorothy/Tootsie). It’s very funny and seriously not a million miles from the &Juliet premise itself. An utterly bizarre co-incidence ( you wait for one bus and then.....).
