With Sheridan on board, this has the potential to be the biggest theatrical tour of the year next year in the UK What about Scooby Doo?

£29.50 for front row stalls in Bristol is a steal. Count me in! (Although I'd recommend no-one booking row B behind me; I'm quite a sizeable unit!). 😀

I know I'm getting old and cynical now, as my first reaction was, "I wonder what photographs Sonia Friedman has on her..." Unworthy, I know... Of course only a select few (including one or two of our illustrious members) knows what REALLY happened on"technical issues" night, Ms Friedman being one of them.

The stalls for Newcastle are flying out. The prices are horrific though. £54 most seats with a decent view in stalls. Lots of £63 premium seats. £40 to sit two floors up. No thanks!

Am I assuming that Sheridan will be doing a Kerry Ellis and not doing matinees?? I believe she's doing saturdays but not Wednesday matinees?? Upset she isn't doing Woking as not many theatres near London. Will try and try and try to see again in London Places like Manchester and Southampton are easily accessible and cheap if you book the trains when they go on sale!

Just out of interest, how early do you think people are going to day seat for the final day?

I was thinking of trying to catch Sheridan in London once more before the show closes but glad I don't have to rush to do that now. Surprised but happy she is doing the tour - will be seeing it in Southampton and Southend hopefully.
Not sure if anyone has mentioned this already, but thinking about who could pull the role off for the other dates (bar Natasha) and I think Louise Dearman would make an excellent Fanny Brice.

Broken records!!
Happy to hear Sheridan Smith is touring with this production, she is a brilliant 'Fanny Brice' whom I've seen twice at Chocalate Factory..I expect Manchester to be a big seller and great atmosphere..I need to move onto different shows but those seeing on tour for the first time, what a great show you have to look forward to in 2017!!

Just out of interest, how early do you think people are going to day seat for the final day? Think will be an early queue for you George..for my recent fave 'Made in Dagenham' I couldn't handle the stress of dayseating which I've only done once that I booked a seat but I believe Daniel was in the queue from 5.30am..he will of course correct me but it was early and there was a whole crowd and like any show 'Funny Girl' has its fans but you should go (may be worth just getting a seat and do it solo if no one you know can make it)

Yeah if I did go I wouldn't like the idea of dsysestjng merely due to the fact people will be getting there for 6:00 etc. When I checked last week there were plenty of seats available for the last few days but i checked again tonight and there's literally nothing left!!!

Worth trying ticket agencies - I just looked at timeout as there was a link in their email this morning and they still have tickets for most dates final couple of weeks ticketing.timeout.com/tour/funny-girl?cid=eml~GB_LON~OF~1400986015~~Image~2016-09-20

Stilll can't find anything that isn't overly priced. Shame about the official website as their prices are reasonable hence why the seats go so quickly.
Can't complain though!! Atleast I got to see it when Sheridan.... just so annoying when I Adblock the chance to book again but couldn't

You just need to persuade your family they'd like a weekend away in one of the places she is performing

And by about 7 there was about 30 odd.
Listen to the audio I posted on the Made in Dagenham thread though... still one of the best theatrical experiences I have ever witnessed. Truly emotional and the audience went mental!

Just out of interest, how early do you think people are going to day seat for the final day? Overnight no doubt, judging by the crazy people who were there the first time I dayseated Funny Girl - their friend came to visit from the Kinky Boots queue in a onesie, having been there all night (it was cast change for that show). If they're anything to go by, I expect unless you camp you won't get a ticket. Which is why I'll probably aim for one of the other weekends before that, when about 3 hours in the queue will suffice!
