And I've hoped they had finally cast their first British Elder Price - Mark Evans...
Still: I do wonder when the full cast will be announced.

I'm beginning to wonder whether it'll be one of their unannounced changes.
A shame again that neither of the leads are UK actors. Think Cody will be amazing, but the casting decisions made by the producers really baffle me

He did play Elder Price in the US tour, so when 49thand8th posted that picture of him and Cody saying "see you soon", I assumed he was asked to reprise this role in London. Yes, he does look a tad old for a 19 year old missionary, but after Gavin Creel, nothing's impossible...

He seems to be set on becoming a US resident judging by his Twitter and has had a bit of work over there following the Mormon tour. I don't know if it's just me but he seemed to leave the West End when he was becoming quite the star? Good luck to him anyway.

Speaking of age, I'm beginning to think Chris O'Neill over on Broadway is old enough to be Cunningham's Dad

I saw him in his first weekend and thought he was very funny -- I wish I could've seen him again. His age didn't bother me, either. He and Cody were buddies starting back when Cody was already the standby when Mark joined. Mark is probably just hanging out in London. He and his American boyfriend live together (this is nothing creepy; it's on both their public instagrams).

If so, makes a lot of sense, I'm sure Rhys Taylor only went on around 10 times after 2 years in the cast

Just back to the hotel after seeing tonights show.
Forgot how much I loved it. Kind of glad I left it 2 years since I last saw it, gave me a chance to forget most of the big funny moments, so it was like seeing for the first time again.
Won't go too much into detail, but KJ Hippensteel was great as Elder Price...David O'Reilly was hilarious, really has a great voice, and perfect comedy timing...Alexandra Ncube was so cute as Nabalungi, her voice was great, and from wear I was sitting (Row O Stalls) she had a very uncanny resemblence to Alexia.
Great night all in.

Really odd that there's been no official announcement of this cast change. Have they announced the more recent Broadway cast changes at all?

They have -- most recently when Kim Exum took over as Nabulungi. (I think because they wanted to pair it with the good news that Nikki Renee Daniels was leaving because she's on maternity leave, but will be back.)
It is really strange that the new West End cast takes over so soon and there's been nothing!

So, the show starts in, what, 9 minutes? And the old cast is still on the website. I know most audience members won't care, but this is nuts and unprofessional. On the other hand... http://instagram.com/p/BP5iOZhBVfG

I think it's dreadful that there's been no press release for the new cast - and indeed, they have started their first show, and no one knows who has joined the show (unless you're in the audience) as the website hasn't been updated. Really poor form IMO.

In some ways it's good. I understand that stagey people want to know who's in the show but it can also be looked on as a good thing the show (rightly?) feels that it doesn't really need to make a big announcement about cast changes because it's about the show not who's in it. It get's away with it, not sure many other shows could.

I can kind of understand not doing that, but what's the excuse for not updating the cast list on the website? It's not a make-or-break for most ticket buyers, but it's such a low-effort move to keep that part accurate. www.bookofmormonlondon.com/show/

I don't get it as well.
Anywho, I've just booked a ticket for the Matinee on the 25th February. Got the last seat in the Circle for £39.75. Not too bad considering that it's only four weeks. It's been almost two years since I've last seen the show in London...
