I have just finished episode 6 and honestly they are the dumbest lot I have ever seen. How have they watched 4 faithfuls who pointed out Sam be banished and murdered and STILL not get rid of him??! |

The Australian version of The Traitors starts on BBC3 tonight at 8pm. From the Radio Times description it sounds a hoot with one of the contestants someone who 'claims to be a clairvoyant who manifested Pablo Escobar in her bedroom after she watched Narcos'. Further episodes are on tomorrow and Tuesday but, for the binge watchers among you, the whole series is on iPlayer from today. It was all very odd with that English contestant Paul who was very obviously edited out of the entire series. Producers claim it was because he kept making references to the production, breaking the 4th wall etc but I don’t believe it. I wonder what happened? |

I finished Australia season 2, I’m not sure how I feel about it. I loved the ending, but the absolute stupidity of the faithfuls to keep getting manipulated by sam, no matter how many times faithfuls got voted out that were on to him, made me feel like the overall game play and twists and turns were below par. {Spoiler - click to view}
I'm glad he didn't win, though I feel bad for the others. Good on Camille seeing through his crap and taking him down with her.
There were so many times when it seemed like they were finally going to break away from his line but then at banishment it all just fell apart. |

Just caught up with the first 3 episodes, what a cliffhanger to end on! I love the unplugged show/podcast they’re doing now too. The murdered and banished contestants come for a chat and you see when they find out who the traitors are.

They’re making us wait until they actually air then. But still, 3 a week mean it’ll be finished in a fortnight.
Didn’t like the whole dungeon thing. There’s enough drama from the tension and paranoia between the contestants, especially as it goes on and the faithfuls get whittled down. It doesn’t need any contrived twists from the producers.

There's supposed to eb another twist on Friday. I suppose so it doesn't run exactly as series 1.

I thought the dungeon thing was interesting in so much as it showed how much more wiling people are to talk about people when they are physically not there. Surprised how much I am loving this again. Fast becoming event TV for me. |

Paul went too hard too fast and has really dug a hole for himself, hasn’t he? Now he’s turning on Harry, which has revealed both of them to Jaz.

Wasn’t it though? Tense, macabre, original . I wonder if they filmed it in the daytime in order not to freak the contestants out TOO much.
The murder victim kept getting called out for being a “brilliant faithful” but really, were they? They were highly opinionated but totally wrong at multiple round tables.
