Is the Australian one set in the same Scottish castle?
Tip: do not search Traitors Australia on YouTube unless you want massive spoilers.

Is the Australian one set in the same Scottish castle? Tip: do not search Traitors Australia on YouTube unless you want massive spoilers. It’s set in Australia which means the tasks are all different (although some are mighty similar). It’s set in a hotel which is a bit creepy but not as special as the Castle. That was the only thing that wasn’t as good. Claudia and the Australian presenter were equally good I though.

Just finished the US one. Pretty good but preferred ours for the mix of normal people. Having said that, the whole Kate situation was kind of fascinating.

It was a mighty turnaround in behaviours from skulking around wanting to go to {Spoiler - click to view}Doing the superhero helicopter jump I wondered if someone in production had a word.

Certainly Brandy was the same as was Kate.

Where can I watch the Australian version? I just got a torrent as it wasn't available anywhere here. Apparently the BBC has bought the rights but it's not on iplayer yet.

Superb episode of Wie is de Mol this week (S23 E04 on youtube). Two fantastic challenges and a very dirty twist at the red screen elimination.

I like that the US version had a mix of ‘celebrities’. I’m not sure whether mixing would work for the UK version though. It should be one or the other (public or celebrities).

I’ve just started the Australian version, I feel like half of these traitors are gonna get caught within the first 3 episodes. I really hope they don’t mess with the format for UK season 2, keep it as it was because we know it works. The only thing they need to tweak is that the contestants will know that the last person coming through the door in the morning after a murder is a faithful because the way they keep the suspense on tv, so they need to change that up. Also, there’s a good podcast episode with 2 of them on it here where you get lots of gossip and backstage secrets. podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/saving-grace/id1619965208?i=1000596604312

It never happened in the US one though.

Is there any way to see any series of The Mole other than Season 6 on Netflix?

Is there any way to see any series of The Mole other than Season 6 on Netflix? I’m sure YouTube has the old UK seasons. Netflix have renewed the reboot too. Also, I watched the Australian traitors, I think it might have the best ending of the lot, and one of the best individual episodes in the middle. They’ve got the typical laid back Aussie style where a traitor gets caught and they go “aaaaah you got me!” And everyone laughs and hugs them, so a bit less dramatic, but it’s a solid season.

The Australian version of The Traitors starts on BBC3 tonight at 8pm. From the Radio Times description it sounds a hoot with one of the contestants someone who 'claims to be a clairvoyant who manifested Pablo Escobar in her bedroom after she watched Narcos'. Further episodes are on tomorrow and Tuesday but, for the binge watchers among you, the whole series is on iPlayer from today.

The ending of the Australian version is brutal! I've never wanted to reach into the TV and hug someone as much as in that finale. Overall not as good as our series, but worth it for the finale. Absolutely savage 🤣
