Interesting news that ATG have acquired the retail units adjacent to the theatre, and are planning to extend the FOH into that space, with a new bar, merchandising space and improving access.
Good news as I like the Phoenix but always felt it suffered with its appearance from the street.

Those retail units were always a blight IMO, I'm guessing the work will be done between Spitting Image and Stranger Things
