I must say the staff at the Hippodrome Casino are absolutely lovely over the phone, but I'm having real problems actually talking to someone who knows who I am (on their system.. i.e. no one has been able to look at my name on the system and tell me exactly how many tickets are under my name) and where my money is (I'm a student and my summer rent in due in two days, I need all the £££ I can get! ). I believe I've been charged twice, was told I'd receive a form to fill in via email in order to get back my money, but still haven't been sent that. No one has been able to clarify just exactly what has happened, but at this point I'm praying I DON'T have a spare two tickets, because now I've only got a day or two to get rid of them if that's the case. Will ring back again tomorrow morning. Talked to a lovely lady on the phone, but after 10 minutes of reciting my name, booking confirmation email adress, phone number etc. etc. I had to be redirected elsewhere and all progress ceased. I've emailed the venue's general info email address now, in hopes that someone can point me in the direction of the person I actually need to speak too. Fingers crossed. So excited for Thursday though, and the filming news is very interesting! If it turns out that you do have spares I would be interested in one Also their Head of Customer Services is called Lisa Marr if that's any help?

I don't get why it's taken nearly a week to realise either. I've already booked travel and accommodation so would have been gutted if I had no ticket at all.

Maybe he'll add another show for us? Think I've been moved to the balcony as they've refunded me some money. They have given me complimentary drinks during the show though . I wonder if the girl in the tweet just couldn't make the 11pm shows or if some people have no option at all?

I've been moved from the 7.30pm show to the 11pm show he better do some upbeat numbers because I'm going to be sleepy by then! I think I've just had a missed call from them. Did they ask if you could or say there's no choice? I had a choice of either 11pm shows but no option to stick with the 7.30pm.

There were only 175 tickets per show and 5000 people on the website apparently.

Managed to nab a ticket before it sold out. It says it's a guest list stalls ticket, does anyone know what that means?

I've booked one of the £42 tickets at the front of the stalls for Rachel's last. I've sat there before and there's no issue with the view for the ones further in the row. I've got B13 which is next to a £67 seat.

Did anybody else who bought tickets during the "technical glitch" a couple of months back get theirs posted? I'm just looking at mine and it's got the wrong time on it, it says 27th September 2016 7.30pm, which is making me start to worry that a) it's invalid and b) my seat will have been sold to someone else this morning. Did anybody get a picture of the seating plan at the beginning of the booking period this morning before anything had been taken? There were definitely row B seats available as I had two in my basket but wasn't quick enough and they got nabbed... Didn't take a full picture though sorry... Give them I ring! I had a voicemail from them yesterday to inform me of the change in time so they definitely have the tickets down as already booked.

Rebel Wilson has just announced on Twitter that she's playing Miss Adelaide from 28 June to 21 August. I love her in the comedies she's done but not sure how I feel about this!

Just booked for 28th Jan and have my anniversary ticket too. Add this to getting to see Jenny Denoia on Broadway in August and I'm finally excited about Wicked again!

Well even West End Frame are tweeting about it this morning so it must be exciting news!! Their tweet has a green and pink heart which must mean Elphie AND Glinda news surely?!

I wish I knew what time the announcement was, this is going to distract me all day! Tour announcement last week was lunchtime about 12:30pm ish! Thank you, hopefully this will be the same.

Eeek! As I've now had my ticket for months I'm so excited to find out what it actually is! Really hope it's not a let down. If it's Rachel returning I will be so happy. She's my favourite Elphie and I left NY a week before she opened on Broadway and don't go back until a few weeks after she leaves. I did get to see her sing with Wilemijn at 54 below however so I did get an amazing NY Elphie fix!

When I decided I couldn't bear another minute of Cats and tried to escape between songs only to run straight into one of the Cats. Either that or Alan Cumming picking me out of the audience to dance on stage with him at Cabaret - I'm all for audience participation unless it's me participating!

I'm sure Lea Michele would chomp at the bit to come over here and do it and she would definitely sell tickets, but I don't think the people that want to see her would be the same people that wanted to see Sheridan... I love Sheridan but if Lea came over I'd be there every night!

I'm going to this on Saturday and I've just received an email saying they've "upgraded" me from row C to row F! Has this happened to anyone else?

anyone on here there this afternoon...having myself a day trip down from Manchester. Shame the trains don't allow a two show day. I'm in my seat now, row b of the stalls. I'm down from Sheffield for the weekend.

I love Wicked but I'm just not interested in the current cast. The last time I saw the show in London was Kerry's last in October 2014. I'm hoping that the next cast change will draw me back.

My programme from The Elephant Man signed by Bradley Cooper. I never imagined I'd ever get the chance to see him perform or meet him and getting to do both was really momentous for me so the programme means a lot.
