I don't know how accurate their information is, but according to the OZ wiki cast list, Rachel Tucker will play her last show as Elphaba on Broadway on Sunday, 19th June. Just as a warning in case some of you might want to fly over to see her.

Sounds about right, she said when she started she was only there until June

So, do we think she might extend her contract on Broadway? Or might she even be coming home and take over from Emma Hatton for a short run over the show's 10th anniversary?

Might be interesting for those of you flying over to New York to see Rachel Tucker again: Wicked Broadway have announced their new cast: www.broadwayworld.com/article/Carrie-St-Louis-Judy-Kaye-Peter-Scolari-More-Will-Join-Broadways-WICKED-Next-Month-20160121On 2nd February, Carrie St. Louis will be taking over as Glinda (having previously played that role in the National Tour), and there'll also be a new Wizard, Morrible, Boq, Nessa and Dillamond. And apparently, Alyssa Fox will become the new s/b Elphaba. Now that's what I call a cast change Luckily, I'm seeing the show next Tuesday, I'd be quite disappointed if I had missed out on seeing Kara Lindsay's Glinda.

I saw Rachel a few weeks ago, I almost forgot what it felt like to be so in awe with elphaba, it seems to be hit & miss with elphabas in London. At least if they're going to be consistent with the lead elphabas we should have a really good one again after Emma!

I've heard on the staged grapevine that Rachel will be taking the role of Ellen in Miss Saigon on Broadway when it goes over...! In regards to wicked 10 i reckon every elphie/ Glinda/ fiyero etc that could make it should come back for a week of past casts!

Putain de merde I've seen Ms Dwyer twice in 2014 (when she was fulltime Elphaba) and am not too thrilled to see her again. At least Kara Lindsay is on. And I've got two more shots at seeing Rachel in March. Better luck then...

I would actually cry if I saw Elphaba on the "At the performance the role of..." board when I go in March...as much as I enjoy the audios of Alyssa Fox, who will be Stand-by Elphaba at that point, I must see Rachel again. Hope you get to see her in March as well.
