Anyone able to tell me what the parking situation at Hope Mill is like please? On their site it says there's a small car park but I can't find it on Google Maps.

Confirmed as going ahead with 50 per cent capacity which should make it even more intimate. Had to change my tickets as run is now shorter and ends on 6 Dec. Should be good though and my first theatre trip back at my favourite venue. Fingers crossed

Usually the right hand side as you face the stage has an aisle

Anyway know if both ends of the main block are aisles? Or is one of them against a wall, sound desk or similar? Thanks!

A superb show. The whole ensemble vocally are excellent. You hear one voice and think it is great then you hear another and another. For me Ci Ci Howells as the pole dancer and Eve was the best of a fantastic bunch. Never seen the show before but it was fun if you are broad minded. A great fit for Hope Mill and James Baker has done a brilliant job as usual. Good band under Tom Chester. Sound good, lighting subtle but on point. Hope it does well. Give it a go if you can. The sound of the whole cast singing is epic. Enjoy

Saw it Last night. First ever performance. Good show. Clever concept. Some parts better than others. Think it will get some pruning. Some very amusing bits. Had seen two mischief comedy shows but this was a bit different. Penn was sat in the audience. Good use of video. Hope it does well

A superbly entertaining, funny and "local" show.Esh Alladi as Ali is fantastic. As is Shelina Peiris as Durga but the whole cast is excellent. Even the older audience members seemed to enjoy the modern take on the original. You can't help but smile at the end. Go and enjoy it

The reduction in the seating in the stalls has been planned since booking opened. It is also planned for a few other plays such as Rotterdam. I personally think it is a good idea for some plays, actors not miced up etc
Really, some of these plays are playing too big a venue but I'm glad to see them
However,didn't enjoy Glengarry that much...

I have seen all the musicals at Hope Mill and have found them to get better each time. I cannot believe a decision was made to go with three in the band. No other show there has had so few. As has been said, the addition of a couple or more strings would have beefed it up. I also agree this decision may backfire if the reviews aren't great. I really hope it does well though as I love the place and the people. I have my tickets for next month

Damnit. The very last thing I expected after Spring Awakening was a cut back version of Aspects. Surely this is the one musical this year that from name recognition alone is pretty much guaranteed to get new punters through the HM doors and if those people see a bargain basement version of the show it could colour their opinion of fringe theatre in Manchester irrevocably. Let’s hope the niggles with the set are due to lack of preparedness and will be corrected, but incompetent acting and a 3 person band trying to do justice to an ALW score seems difficult to forgive. I’m going at the end of the month.

Booked for the first preview. Absolutely not an 'on-stage' seat though. Wonder if the Lord will be visiting at any point. I'm going the following night. Looking forward to it, Ive not been to Hope Mill yet Hope Mill is a fantastic venue with a great vibe....and all the staff are fabulous

Gary Clark is an amazing singer/songwriter - best known (for those of us of a certain age) as the lead singer for 80s band Danny Wilson. After a not-very-successful solo career I knew he'd retreated to songwriting, for performers such as Natalie Imbruglia and Delta Goodrem. So his involvement for me is almost as exciting as Emma's... Yes, he is a fantastic songwriter. Probably one of my all time favourites. Check out Ten short songs about love album ,plus his work with Danny Wilson. Shades of Steely Dan in some of his chord changes. Should be interesting

I have been an ATG card holder for a few years now but rarely receive emails for offers or even when tickets go ok pre sale for members. Does anyone have a good email address or name of someone in ATG who might be able to sort this out as I only ever get fobbed off.

Amy Webb on this afternoon apart from that full main cast. DG had the same lift problem. Didn't look like she was going in the air but pretty late on she eventually did. Good performance from her and nice riff in No good deed.

I bagged a £13.10 one. At that price I might treat myself to an extortionately priced Rekorderlig Stawberry and Lime cider and rattle noisily through Act 1. Cheers Burly. Got my tickets now. And you can go crazy because there are two intervals!😊
