I was in Slip Box 2 Seat 4 situated House Left. The final flight is over to this side meaning that Mary comes straight past you! Depends if you want the view from House Right. I was really impressed with the comfort and the ability to lean really comfortably on the ledge all night. Think it’s the comfiest I’ve ever been in a theatre!!! Thank you for your reply! All four seats of the slip box are available for the day I want to book so I was wondering whether seat 1 is better than seat 4 (there would be no one in front of me whose leaning might obstruct my view). I was in Seat 4 and didn’t have any problem with anyone in seats 1-3 leaning out - they’d have to lean a long way over to get in your way!

Went with a friend who hadn’t seen the original production and he loved the house - he felt a little let down in the ‘Jolly Holiday’ number. He was expected a chalk painting type image to light up the floor of the stage for them to ‘step into’!
On another note - that Stage review is just pathetic. How sad to come away with nothing from the production!

Don't tell everyone how amazing these seats are and the best value for that view! I won't sit anywhere else now in there, so so good. I don’t think I managed to say enough variations of the comfy though...

Saw this last night from the Dress Circle Slips. Think it’s my new favourite place in that theatre. I was really comfortable and the view was incredible - especially for the £37 preview price!!
I have huge admiration for this show - transported back to childhood whimsy with a cast that are awesome.
Thought there were some new effects that I don’t remember from the tour - paper bags in the kitchen for one and Bert’s paintbrush for another.
Planning a return visit at some point!
Had the pleasure of meeting Charlie, Zizi and Petula at the stage door after the show!

I’ve got Dress a Circle slips for the first time - hoping that all is good with them! Wanted Dress Circle for the overview of Bert’s moment in ‘Step in time’ and Mary’s final flight and they were at a price I could afford!! I would always choose these now! Great view and you actually feel like you're almost on stage at times. I'm using them again in November. That’s great to hear!! Thanks!

Caught this at Blackpool Opera House this evening!
First time I’ve seen the show and I loved it! Great fun, feel good musical with a message of acceptance!
Top notch show with a fantastic cast - not a weak link there - which filled the vast Opera House stage.
Glad I went! Came out beaming! And the small group I went with love it too.
Bargain seats in Row H of the Stalls for £25!

Saw this for the first time last night and thought it absolutely wonderful. A tribute to the very best of humanity in amongst what the very worst of humanity can do.
Sat in A3 in the Upper Circle - great view for £29 and not at all uncomfortable as I was expected to be squashed in with my long legs..!
Instant and full standing ovation at the end of the show and loved the play out by the band - they could have kept on playing for me last night!
Must see and a return visit is very much guaranteed.

It’s Phantom for me every time if I had a straight choice. Love the show. Last time I saw Les Mis I though it was poor in comparison!

I like the contrast of singing about the joys of being rich whilst being bothered by the aches and pains of that the day has brought!!
Going to have to go and attempt to see this again..!

I had Upper Circle C36 for £25 and thought it a dreadful seat. Not worth the money. You hear everything and see Phantom as he appears around the top of the Proscenium but miss a fair amount of the Managers Notes scenes and the ending is ruined as you can’t see what happens!!!

Wonderful show - just brilliant! Loved it and would go see it again at the drop of a hat!
Stalls F13 was a great seat - a little snug to get into but plenty of room once in.
Really pleased I managed to see it!

Caught the show last night on a £20 lottery ticket (Stalls A10).
Had a great evening - good fun, hard working ensemble and an incredible number of costume changes!!
Wasn’t on my list to see, but tried a couple of lotteries and this one came up with the goods! Glad I’ve seen it!!

The next three performances will have Hannah as Peggy. Seems scheduled for them to say Clare won't be on tomorrow as well. And utterly fabulous from the front row!! Love this show!!

Saw the show this evening in Blackpool!
Each act runs approximately 40 minutes and it rattles through the plot of the first Madagascar film during the course of the evening.
The songs are fun and serve the plot, the cast work hard, the set is fun and very much in the style of the film.
Whilst it manages to engage during Act One, it really takes off with arrival of King Julien in Act 2 and the rendition of ‘I like to move it, move it’ really engaged the kids in the audience.
My kids really enjoyed it - and for £10 a ticket on a Travelzoo offer it was great value.

Don't know if any of you have caught this news, hopefully it'll be good for Theatre in Blackpool and the North West. The town is lucky to have two great theatres and a good number of different shows visiting..! Selladoor Worldwide have gone into partnership with the Winter Gardens to give the Pavilion Theatre a new lease of life as a 'creative hub'. Selladoor will concentrate on 'programming the space with both produced and received work' and the Winter Gardens will concentrate on getting the venue restored and renovated. After the mess up with my tickets caught the show this evening and thought it was magnificent. Hadn’t seen the original production but had heard all about the scenery!!
This was simple and the story, acting, singing and performance shone through. Wonderful!

What an incredible show! The dancing was stunning - an amazing, talented and hard working cast! Loved it.
A0 and A1 in the stalls are an absolute bargain! But A2 & A3 were free so we sat there instead!!!
Well worth a watch and thanks to those of you who have championed it on here otherwise I wouldn't have gone to see it.

Just caught this at the Opera House in Blackpool. Full stalls and pretty much full Circle.
I had honestly forgotten how good the music in this show is. Thoroughly enjoyed myself this evening. Wonderful, energetic cast.
Would happily see it again and again and again.

I've got a group of 42 going to this in Manchester. Already this is the most popular show I've booked a group for.
£45 per ticket in the side stalls.

Unfortunately that video has put me off getting tickets for this. Really wanted to see it. But unsure after that video.
