^Keep an eye nearer the time. At the moment, row A is the front row, but at "The Ferryman," for example, they put rows AA and BB back in after the set went up... for those quick enough... Spot on TM. This is happening with Girls and Boys. Got my email from RC.

For the last couple of years, the RSC London season at the Barbican has been announced in late March or early April so if it's going to the Barbican I guess we will know then. The RSC Macbeth seems to be going to the Barbican in late 2018. It is mentioned in Niamh Cusack's details on her agents web site--independenttalent.com

And what will the neighbours say? Imelda will be their neighbour until January and if I remember correctly, she does not like food and drinks in the theatre!

Received an email from Almeida this afternoon. Exciting news to be announced on Tuesday 20th June , about an Almeida production transfer. They seem to have given away the mystery by having a photo of the robes of Mary and Elizabeth and a crown.

Completely agree with Lynette. I met her briefly at Edinburgh Book Festival some years ago and have enjoyed her books. Her book The Lie is absolutely brilliant.

I saw the matinee yesterday and absolutely loved it. Have seen a few JC productions and have to admit this was one of the best. Well done, Sheffield theatres

Wow theatre monkey--We must have been sat not far from each other as I was in the aisle seat row D and reported the spillage to the usher. Loved the play D19? You'd have been looking at the back of my head the whole time! And you had those empty seats next to you, I think? Yes spot on. D19 very good seat and the one next to me became empty as the two ladies moved along one seat. With the empty seat next to me I settled down easily. Yes I did look at your back and was very pleased that you were not fidgeting or talking to your neighbour. You left a great deal of space between your head and the other chaps head that my view of the stage was wonderful.

Did feel sorry for the person who spilled their wine in the aisle at half time, though - and sorrier for the usher trying to clean it up with paper napkins from the bar. I shall personally be sending them a new mop and bucket via Amazon for Christmas. Wow theatre monkey--We must have been sat not far from each other as I was in the aisle seat row D and reported the spillage to the usher. Loved the play

I had noticed and wondered why Elliot Barnes-Worell was no longer in this production for the transfer. Almeida website now confirms he will be in Against at the Almeida with Ben Wishaw. How tough will have been the decision? To stay or not to stay?
