Don’t think there is a thread for this yet.
Anyone heard what this years subject is? Sleeping Beauty was muted towards the end of the 19/20 run. Hard to imagine the regular cast members not returning.

Why was Sleeping Beauty silenced? Apologies if my wording was baffling, I have always used the word 'muted' when talking about something that has been quietly mentioned.

I had heard Sleeping Beauty as well. As long as Julian is back, all will be right with the world. He is hilarious

The website has just been updated with the new info: www.palladiumpantomime.com/Sale starts at 10am tomorrow morning (Friday 9th October). 3 week run, so might be able to get tickets for just after Xmas, which won't go as fast as before (initially).

My guess is they will just rehash the same gags that they’ve repeated for the last 3 years. Zzzz.

It will still be live theatre. That is something to celebrate

My guess is they will just rehash the same gags that they’ve repeated for the last 3 years. Zzzz. I imagine you're right. But live theatre and the chance for the industry to prove that they can do things socially distanced and securely, will be amazing. Here's to more shows opening in 2021, covid safe and secure (and maybe enabling us amateurs to get back to performing too 😍)

I’ve booked the Saturday before Christmas. Not many bottom price and very few singles but that’s fair for panto. Not knocking other COVID pantos but they haven’t scrimped on ‘names’ for this one so I can see why it’s priced high but my bargain front row extreme side seat last year is top price this year! After rent online and the sondheim concert at CFT having a ticket appear my bank card needs a rest after the last 24 hours!

Just booked two tickets for the 2nd Jan performance, not too badly priced considering the names and great view from row Q (stalls).
Hope you all manage to get tickets too 🥰

Booked! 2 x 2 lots of upper circle second row for £25 each. I guess leaning forward a bit won’t be an issue with there being nobody directly behind us.
Very much looking forward to it

Booked, a Christmas treat, surprised how easy it was, the queue was almost non-existent when I joined at 10:15 and were more generous with single seats than expected.

Booked! Though I do find it amusing that they've booked Diversity, but there is precious diversity in the line up of all men aside from Beverly Knight

Booked for the side front row. A little expensive, but that's to be expected.
There are some cheap £25 singles left at the back of the Grand Circle too on many dates.
I don't think the word has got out widely yet (or people are being cautious). But this will be my Christmas treat.

I got two centre front row seats for a matinee between Christmas and New Year. Excellent booking system and more seats are available than I anticipated. Price a fraction less than last year.
Would not have known about it until after 10am without Theatre Board as my first email notification came through at 10.07. Very happy.

Blimey, some people are never happy. Sleepless in Seattle...or is that somehow different? Very different. I was making a comment on an EPK which had been released which showed us what we could expect for our money. Barnaby is making a comment on a show we know nothing about yet. But thanks for joining in.
