Omg, THEN I'd volunteer to cover @ryan as Fiyero's fluffer erm... shoe horn. I’ve already volunteered myself as standby so you’ll have to be first cover shoe horn I’m afraid. That's true. Ok I'm fine with that, I'll be first cover. Please take a day off soon.

I hope it's an Oliver Savile style Fiyero next. He's the best Fiyero (in my opinion), that London has seen yet! I personally didn't get the hype of Bradley. He's great, but not the best by any stretch, and his voice was really overhyped to me!

While he was good, it seemed like he was trying to sh shout over Alice Fearn in ALAYM to be heard. I don’t know if his mic was too quiet/switched off or something but at some points in the show what he was saying was totally inaudible.

Quiet day in Oz in terms of dayseats! They've gone on the website at £70something but where I work (in Leicester Square but not TKTS 😉) we have them discounted at £42.50. Perhaps something to note if any of you see the dayseats available and want to buy them from the comfort of home. It's still crazy that they put them online at that price!

That's nuts, only year ago I bought front row at home for the standard price of day seats.

Do people really rock up to a theatre a few hours before a show with seventy quid burning a whole in their pockets?

They are charging £31 for the two seats far left and right of each side.
Just been online and still 13 left which surely must be unheard of?

I'm fairly sure if you go to the box office they're still dayseat price! Was just trying to be helpful and share the info that if you did want to get them and it not be £70 there's a chance they'll be discounted haha

Do people really rock up to a theatre a few hours before a show with seventy quid burning a whole in their pockets? I wouldn't imagine so. And they'd be even less likely to turn up with £175 It really irritates me that they put dayseats online at £70 nowadays. A lot of my 2015-2017 Wicked trips happened because I'd check the website at half 10 in the morning and there were decent front row seats available for £30. Obviously I know you can rock up to the theatre and get them for £30 but work and education doesn't always permit that.

Since when were dayseats £30 now?! Gutted. When did they increase from £25? I feel so old...

Going tomorrow night. No Sophie. Hoorah (no arguments please I just think she’s poor). Looking forward to seeing Maria (and my 19th visit to Oz)

So what is Alice Fearn on tonight? Because whatever it is it should be prescribed on the NHS - She is LIVING HER BEST LIFE up there

Well I didn’t think I’d ever be saying this - but I get why the fan girls are going crazy over Alice now. She’s living her best life up there and it’s a performance I’ve grown to really enjoy. Seemed to be lots of friends of cast in from what I could tell - audience a little thin on the ground but nevertheless hugely responsive with a full ovation at curtain call.
I wasn’t keen on Maria as Glinda - she’s got a gorgeous voice, but she didn’t seem to act at all, it was like she was just reading the script - a bit weird.
A really enjoyable evening! (Trip no19 for me tonight)

Elphaba and Glinda standbys both on last night and Joe Toland returned to the cast to play Boq!
