Harry is leaving the tour at cast change and joining the London production as Marius. I am overjoyed for him.
Fexis Mosse takes over on tour and Eponine will be played by Frances Mayli McCann.

That might end up being like Sheridan's moustache and start happening every night.

I don't know what the answer is, but modern day press nights perhaps isn't it. Has any kind of buzz really been generated from it?
I've been looking at the press night feed tonight and reading tweet after tweet from people all telling us what value for money the tickets they didn't pay for are. Most of the tweets seem to have ten or less likes so how many sales does this all this translate to? To be honest, I am thoroughly bored of this kind of marketing.
Word of mouth from paying customers that I know i.e. friends and family, even folks on here is far more important to me when planning what shows to invest my hard earned cash into.
I don't know what the answer is but I know the publicity from this show really isn't selling how amazing it is at the moment.
That goes for so many shows.

Found this tweet fascinating and gives some insight into the life of a swing (may have to click to read all the detail)

^Jesus it's like have Parsley back on the board, only slightly less offensive and doubly annoying! Ahhh I miss Parsley. Kind of I think you mean I miss Parsley kind of. This show could be a hard one to sell as it's not easy to describe what it's all about. I hope it finds it's audience in London. It really is lots of fun.

Zac does the Monday night show and a midweek matinee, if it is a 9 show week.
K.D. is contacted to do seven shows a week.

Every single ticket has been sold for the last week of shows in Newcastle.
People at work were interested in going. I said book quickly. They didn't, perhaps misguidedly waiting for "offers". Was never going to happen. You snooze you loose, I guess.
So many regional tours are struggling but it goes to show that when a show of absolute quality comes into town, people WILL pay the money. I doubt a show of this quality will come to the North East again anytime soon.

Unless it can get huge names and play arenas what would be the point when you can see the magnificent touring cast of the fully staged production?

So why isn't it selling well in Manchester?? Are they waiting for press night to release production footage? I would have expected to see much more about this in the past few weeks. I've seen loads production pictures posted from the show and also the cast off stage in costume. I would love to see some video though.

Really strange that no-one else realised and they all let them sign the programme considering they'd presumably just seen the show that this person wasn't in. Especially as it is such a small cast and a small theatre.

I bet one of the shows fangirls has set up a spreadsheet to show who hit the jukebox at each show.

Lee was on again today. Really good. He said it was his last scheduled show.
I really doubt you will find a stronger leading duo than Killian and Nic in any show currently. They are sensational.
I'd only seen Les Mis once before July this year (with Alfie Boe). Now I am on five visits. Have just booked for next week too. This touring cast are incredible. Cannot fault them or this production at all.
Only eight performances left in Newcastle and 24 tickets are left in total, 23 for the Thursday matinee. It's been a huge success.
My favourite thing about today's show though was that we had a Geordie Gavroche ☺ Absolutely brilliant and he got huge cheers at curtain call.

If Jack is involved I am there.
Happy for him but watching Hamilton won't be the same. He's a real stand out for me.

Just out from the matinee with puffy eyes. Does anyone know if JOJ is replacing AB tonight again? If so, I will buy a tkt for tonight as well. BTW, a woman next to me and a man in front of me gave me diry looks when I hooted for JOJ. Why? Owl can never be sure!

I'm not a fan of this venue, it seems to have a huge superiority complex.
Ridiculously, they prevented Sophie Evans from going into the bar after her concert last weekend for reasons unknown, even though she had just performed in the venue minutes earlier.
Great way to treat your guests who have brought many paying customers into your establishment...

It was the press night last hence tweet after tweet from "influencers" and bloggers telling us all what a wonderful evening they had and how it is "really worth the money".
If I was given a free night out with a free meal and drinks I'd be raving about my evening too I imagine... I certainly would not be able to comment on whether it was worth the money though, that right is reserved for those who actually paid their hard earned money to be there.
