Excellent, thanks. I originally booked both performances on 22nd December to see Mayara Magri debut as the Sugar Plum Fairy at the matinee & Romany Pajdak debut as Clara in the evening. When omicrom got going I cut myself down to just the matinee, then lost even that. Tonight both of them debuted at the same performance so I got 2 for 1! I still can't quite believe my luck! I cried with joy in both the main pdds.

I know they said to wait but as the (Nutcracker) performance I had booked for was 3 January, I contacted them on 4th but have heard nothing apart from the generic email. Hadn't realised there were in fact additional performances which I could possibly have attended. Confess to being slightly disappointed, particularly when the tickets were £250!

There are still 4 performances to go before the run ends on Saturday & there are quite a few returns available on the ROH's website so you could still go, if you can get to London at shortish notice & can afford to pay for new tickets before getting the refund for the previous ones. I take it your £250 is for at least 2 tickets as while The Nutcracker is at the top price for ballet even that hasn't yet hit the £200+ per ticket that the top opera prices hit some time ago. |

scarpia I don't do online banking so if the ROH isn't sending email notifications for refunds then I suppose I won't know if mine has come through until my next bank statement arrives at the end of the month.
