Not very festive but absolutely fascinating, Talking Pictures TV has just shown the 1967 documentary The London Nobody Knows and it's available on their website / encore channel. It's James Mason walking us through a crumbling, disappearing London, the buildings, streetmarkets, people - it's very haunting, especially in the poverty, the faces. From a Theatreboard point of view, it opens in the derelict, decaying Camden Music hall seen in Walter Sickert's famous paintings.

Just finished Alphamale on Netflix. Another great Spanish series that I highly recommend.
