I saw it on Tuesday and it was on good shape. Understudies on for Angelica and King George. Sharon Rose was excellent as Angelica and I prefer her to Allyson Ava-Brown. Aron Lee Lambert was ok as King George but not a patch on Jon Robyns, still much better than Waylon Jacobs imho.

I was in the Room Where it Happens on Friday night for my 3rd time - I don't think I'll ever get tired of seeing this! Its rare I return to something so frequently but every time it feels fresh and exciting. We had Royal Circle Box C which were great seats - but the sound was weird - lots of reverberation which made it a little difficult to hear at times. I've never noticed this in the stalls so I suspect its specific to the boxes. The cast were on fire - I can't imagine not seeing some of this cast again, I'll miss Sifiso as Burr! Gavin Spokes as King George was excellent - I felt like he played slightly more sinister which I really enjoyed and he was incredibly funny. I was initially disappointed that I wouldn't be seeing Tarinn Callender one last time but Manaia Glassey-Ohlson did a fantastic job as Mulligan / Madison, I am thrilled we saw him, if you didn't know, you might have thought he played the role permanently, he was so polished! I really enjoyed Ellena Vincent as Angelica, it felt like she had good chemistry with Eliza and Alexander and I preferred her to Allyson Ava-Brown who I didn't really warm to. I should have a break from this now but the call of a new cast is strong...

Have the ticket prices gone up with the recent ticket release?! Also didn’t see any of the £20 Slips tickets available across any date. Are they no longer on sale?

Well, for better, for worse, I booked this '£20 Grand Circle AA5' i think that's one of the slip seats. Audience left, so facing stage right. You can lean on the rail without disturbing anyone else's view.

Lots of Stalls seats have been reduced to £57.50 for tomorrow matinee through Ticketmaster. I wish I could go!

Anyone going today/tonight? I'm going tonight and think it's going to be super emotional.

Also wish I was there. Imagine Rachelle Ann Go and Dom Hartley-Harris’s vocals might be quite spectacular today too. Chookas to all!

Sat in Aster having a drink before we go in and just saw a load of the cast including Jam, Tarinn and Cleve mucking around with the people queuing for stage door.
Should have bloody gone out there!

I went to see the new cast last night and wasn't impressed. Maybe they need more time to settle. The whole thing looked underrehearsed and the show only came alive when Jason Pennycooke was on stage. Karl Queensborough is my least favourite Hamilton out of the four I have seen.

Going tomorrow for my 6th viewing. Bit concerned about the new cast! Why did they look under rehearsed? I’m not a fan of JPs Lafayette...

I thought the acting was not quite there yet, they knew the lines but some of the cast seem insecure and going through it with little confidence. Also the vocals in some parts were a bit of a mess. The Schuyler Sister number was a total disaster, the vocals were all over the place. Trevor Dion Nicholas was good as Washington though, he was the only new cast member whose performance I enjoyed.
Let us know your thoughts.

Ok. My thoughts. The first half had much more fun and laughter in it than I’ve seen before. I enjoyed Karl’s interpretation of Hamilton and muchly preferred Nuno as Laf/Jef. Simon as Burr was excellent and agree Trevor was ace.
It’s the ladies that are letting the side down. We had Sharon Rose as Eliza today and she could hardly be heard in some parts. Helpless was weak. Angelica was Lydia Fraser and she did a good job.
Ensemble totally on point. Enjoyed Trevor and Emile immensely.
I have a feeling you might have seen all covers for the ladies?

Have never seen Hamilton dynamic price online like this before, maybe to do with the move of sales in-house to Delfont Mackintosh. Mid to rear dress circle is only £35 (£37.50 with booking fee) for tomorrow’s matinee.

Mid to rear dress circle is only £35 (£37.50 with booking fee) for tomorrow’s matinee. Thanks for that. Suddenly Hamilton becomes affordable for late booking and repeat visits ! There's a central row C seat tonight for £57.50 which I would have definitely had but already got a show tonight.

Just checked again. Matinee tomorrow now has £37.50 seats in the first two rows of the stalls! Total bargain. I often catch a midweek matinee so I hope the trend continues

I hadn’t seen Hamilton in about a year and a half so on my holiday to Chicago last month I dropped into the CIBC box office and managed to get great tickets for the day I wanted later in my trip. There’s no thread for the Chicago production so just putting it here, Miguel Cervantes has easily the best A. Ham I’ve ever seen. You can feel how exhausting and annoying he would be to spend time with 😂. Great cast in Chicago, I’m just sad I only got one visit!

Can anyone tell me if you still need a photo ID to collect tickets? I vaguely remember reading that they were dropping that requirement, but just want to make sure before booking.

That was for the old Ticketmaster system. They're just running a normal box office now, so I guess you would only need to quote your order number/collection name/postcode.

I had hoped since the demise of the ‘Hamilton’ bus ticket stub shenanigans that I might finally get my hands on a lovely actual ticket like what you get from the box office. No such luck. Nasty ticketmaster paper, rip ‘em up yourself jobbies plopped on my doormat this morning. So very disappointing. 😔
