I presume that they probably won't have a very young Fiyero, given that the others are a bit older than the characters.

Sadly betting on Fiyero being Harry Styles at this rate Believe it or not, that rumour started 8 years ago. If it were him surely he’d have been signed up by now? I’d actually be really on board with this on paper… 😂 |

I’d give my right arm for Helen Mirren or Olivia Coleman to play Morrible but I adore Hannah so much that I’d absolutely love for her to get a role like this as well as all the wonderful things it would do for her career.

Hannah as Morrible would be great. Really would be just hope we do get this announcement tomorrow as that will be the second piece of casting we’ve had since last nov with Ariana and Cynthia announced as Elphaba & Glinda respectively. So would be amazing if Hannah was Morrible.! |

I’d be surprised if it wasn’t Hannah, as I simply asked a contact and good source of prior stuff I’ve shared on here. They said it was confirmed. This person previously told me about Lucy St Louis for Christine and a few other tidbits.
But as always with sources, the stories don’t always come off for a variety of reasons. Apologies if this turns out to be untrue!

My dream Fiyero is Aaron Tveit I saw him on Broadway and he was fine, but I must admit I wasn’t blown away. I loved him in Next to Normal though. Based on his Fiyero on Broadway, I’m not sure he would be a brilliant choice. I wouldn’t panic about the lack of casting announcement, it all seems a bit chaotic at the moment and as others have said, they’re having real difficulties finding Fiyero. |

I don’t think that there has been a definitive Fiyero yet. There isn’t enough to work with, so that those who have tried likeable twinkly charm have at least added another layer.

Ten years ago Justin Timberlake or Zac Efron could have been good options but I'm struggling to think of any names that would be a good fit.
Mind you they could also make Fiyero less of a main character, I mean dancing through life could easily be cut with no detriment to the plot.

Jordan Fisher is a name that has been thrown around a lot for Fiyero. I think he fits the bill, but wouldn't be my ideal choice. I think Jonathan Bailey (Bridgerton star) would be a good pick.
