Just wondering have we ever done a vote for the board’s favourite musical? I can’t remember us doing one since I’ve been here anyway. It’s pretty likely that it will end up being Les Mis but if everyone who wants to maybe picks their top 10 musicals and comments them from 1st-10th I could do a points system with 10 points for favourite, 9 points for second and so on and then see which musical comes out on top after a week. (As long as the admins are ok with this)

This skews much more modern than I had thought it would but, while I prefer a lot of classic shows' scores to some of these picks, they're always let down by their books. And the tenth spot could probably go to another Sondheim but I had trouble picking which and I've got plenty of him represented on the list already so I figured I'd get another composer in. What the list really tells me is I need to see more shows in person, because I love so many recordings of shows I've never seen, some even more than shows I've listed here, but I didn't include anything I haven't seen in a theatre on the list (except Passion, but I've seen the proshot so I count it).
Edit: Just noticed I had 11 haha. Managed to have 2 number 3s so I've cut off the last and shifted everything to be where it should.

It’s really interesting to see the varying eras of musicals in peoples top musicals so far. So very difficult once you get outside of your absolute faves. 6-10 will most likely have changed for me by next week…
