Bake Off is surely one of the best British musicals of the past decade.

Bake Off is surely one of the best British musicals of the past decade. Bake Of is definitely one of the best British musicals about a baking themed TV competition of the past decade

Bake Off is surely one of the best British musicals of the past decade. ...no? It wasn't even the best British musical I saw that day 👀

'Recent' new British musicals off the top of my head that are infinitely better than whatever this was: Operation Mincemeat, Benjamin Button, Six, Two Strangers Carry A Cake, Tammy Faye, The Witches & Bronco Billy (some of the songs in both of those were questionable but at least 3 good numbers in each) - I also disliked Little Big Things immensely but there's at least 5 good numbers in that too.
New musicals at the Fringe that had better scores: Pop Off, Michaelangelo, Flo and Joan's One Man Musical (that's just from this year)

Ok I agree with those, haven’t seen the Fringe ones. So it’s still in the top 10. It’s far superior to Bronco Billy, as much as I enjoyed that. And that’s American!
I loved it! The score alone is genius.

Thrilled you liked it - the score was absolutely tragic though 😂 some of those rhymes were offensively awful

It was worthy of its limited run and the musical was mildly enjoyable, But saying that thinking of it now, is bittersweet of the great and late Haydn Gwynne doing a handstand if you please. How quick we lost Gwynne to a dreadful illness, that shock was the same as the one this week of Gavin Creel, both died to the same dreadful illness.
For that reason I like to keep my memories as they are and not desperate for a revival. Why is there talk of a comeback?

I'm surprised it's not touring. Seems like something that would do well on tour.

Very pleased to learn above that this show has been released for amateur productions. If the first one is anywhere in England or Wales I'll be there at least once !
