Didn't enjoy the ball episode. Too many of them to engage with all the looks.
We need to cull them more quickly but I know that wont happen.
Felt a bit like a placeholder episode rather then anything special. I wonder whether they had anticipated showing this season later in the year. Very odd to essentially do a Halloween episode as Easter

Ariel had excellent make up and was very self aware of her brand but there just wasn't much there in terms of personality, and her last dress didn't fit to the theme at all... It was supposed to be a Sexy Monster and it was a mermaid. I fear she would have been going home anyway, even if she hadn't tripped and fell on her dress.

Really enjoyed this episode. I actually lol’d several times at the maxi challenge!
I was quite sorry to see Scarlet go, I started to warm to her when she’d been knocked off her pedestal a bit by the others and her lipstick on the mirror moment seemed very genuine and heartfelt.
Nina is in trouble if he doesn’t move away from the comedy drag look and heed MV’s advice. We need glamour but I suspect she doesn’t feel as though she can do that.
Spotlight on Plastic in Untucked with ‘Hairgate’. Finally she does something almost interesting 🙄
And Silky. Oh Silky. Impossible to take your eyes off her. She’s a bit like Darienne Lake, one of those faces that takes make up well. And I mean a LOT of makeup. After all that annoying stuff at the start I’m starting to love her.

I will miss Scarlet from this season. She has become a queen that is entertaining, shady, funny, had some great looks and at some point in the future, a great contestant for an All Stars season. Despite her being the worst dancer, i preferred her lipsynch over Rah'Jahs. She connected with the music more at the beginning and despite not having the moves, was more entertaining that Rah'Jah doing a very average job. Considering how many times she has been in the bottom 2, i think it was wrong to send Scarlet home on a challenge that was obviously out of her comfort zone, yet has succeeded in many other things.

I thought Scarlet was absolutely robbed and I was really surprised to see her go home.
Also, Nina West is being seriously under marked and under valued. She's such a great, old skool drag queen who is proving to be perfectly versatile. I loved her runway look. If a 'pretty' girl had come down the runway wearing that, they would have celebrated it as being really good fun.

I thought I'd tuned into this yesterday but then realized it was Ladies Day at Aintree.

Ra'jah was really unpleasant during Untucked. Scarlett didn't deserve that level of attack for being honest.
Scarlett did a very good lipsync - and it felt unfair to kick her out compared to the dull competition. Competent but dull.
There are still too many queens. We need some doubles and quick to get it down to the real contenders.

Drag Race is not on Australian Netflix!!! What’s a girl to do?

At last - she's gone.
What was she thinking - burlap trousers?
And I am so over Yvie - you aren't telling the truth, you are stirring up drama and it is getting very tired. She wants to be the victim in every situation - she pokes people so they attack back. So transparent.

She was completely right about Silky this episode who was pretty horrible calling Yvie out for having a pre-existing condition she could do nothing about but then when it comes to Vanjie even though she may not be wrong her comments are unwarranted and feel like attacks rather than constructive help. I personally wouldn't have it any other way though because otherwise we wouldn't have had that truly iconic episode of untucked.

Given that Eureka was sent home for being injured, I can see where Silky was coming from.
It might have been better not to voice it but when you know someone else was sent home for having a damaged joint, I can see the thought process.
I thought Ra'jah was very nasty in Untucked. Really unpleasant.
But Yvie needs to develop a filter. She isn't being honest, she really isn't. She is pushing people.

I haven't disliked any queen this much since Laganja. Thank god she's gone. Delusional, obnoxious, antagonistic....And she thought of herself as a lypsynch assassin.... She should have gone last week. I loved Brook Lyn's facial expressions in Untucked. Her pillow fort was great too. She's in my top 3 for the final along with Yvie and Nina.
I loved the reference to Best Little Whorehouse in Texas too - 'Ya'll come back now, ya hear!'
Yvie is being honest. very honest and not everyone can handle honest opinions. Plastique keeps getting away with the same silhouette and Michelle never says a word like she does with everyone else. Snatch game next week.... it's always a hard one to watch because some queens fail on a massive scale. I can't think who any of them will be doing. Anyone know?

This won't go down as a legendary Snatch Game episode. None of them came up to the level of a Bendelacreme - not even close.
Brooke's runway, on the other hand, will go down in Drag Race history - truly jaw-droppingly brilliant.
Result? Meh.

I thought Nina should have won, Silky just played herself.
Brooke's runway presentation was outstanding, that should have saved her from the bottom 2 but then we wouldn't have got that lip sync, which will go down in history as one of the best there's been.

An odd episode: the worst snatch game I can remember (barring a few fairly decent turns), best surprise runway walk ever, and the best elimination lip-sync. Fab to see the return of Jinx, one of my fave ever queens, and she is in my top 3 of all snatch game turns (along with Bianca’s and BenDeLaCreme’s)
But Silky irritates me: I have been blowing hot and cold over all series (!): certainly talented, and did so well this episode. But so ungracious: I thought Yvie was sincere with her olive branch. I get it’s a competition and she wants to win (oh boy do I get it!!) , but a little genuine warmth wouldn’t go amiss.
Nina is still my fave and I am rooting for her.

I’m behind but I heard how legendary Brooke’s runway was so I watched it and OMG.
Arguably would have been even more legendary if she had waited until the Lip Synch to whip it off (according to one article I read) but either way, utterly brilliant.

The Snatch Game is always a cringe episode for me, and this season even more so. I thought Nina should have won but that may have been more due to the fact that I've heard of Harvey.
And Silkie continues to plumb new depths of vileness, I'm struggling to see what the difference was between Yvie's comment to her last week on Untucked and her comment to Brooke on this week's - the only one I can see is that last week Silkie wasn't potentially going to be lip synching imminently, so in my book her comment was worse than Yvie's. The sooner she goes, the better.

I suppose it would have been but i guess the point was she went all out on the runway to try to prevent being in the bottom two and having to lip sync in the first place. It didn't work. But i think it should of tbh.

What are all these words that you’re all saying? Where are the muscle cars? What channel is this on and is it like the F1? I like the F1 and have a nice little doze for the first hour. I thought drag racing was banned?

Silky seems to only do well when she is shoving food in her mouth (mini challenge) or playing a sassy black girl (snatch game) She has done them both a lot so far and Neither require a huge amount of talent. She even repeated a joke in her 2 snatch game characters.
She can go soon please.
Nina should have won the Snatch game.

Aw I like Silky. It would be boring without her. Vanjie should have gone this week, she was rubbish in snatch game AND a very mediocre runway. I reckon putting two lipsync assassins head to head in the final was too good an opportunity to miss, and the double shantay was on the cards all along.
Vanjie out next. She isn’t listening.

Silky is far more divisive of a character than I had anticipated. She has had more of a villain edit than I think anyone expected.
Nina should have shone far brighter throughout this season - she has the skills but she seems overwhelmed by the process. I do wonder what is up with her runway walk - it seems almost as awkward as Kim Chi.
I have seen the spoilers - so won't comment on elimination order!

Oh I can't stand Silky. I don't think she is talented and I find her seriously annoying. I also think she is kinda getting by when she doesn't deserve too.
