Online through 31 July. And supposedly touring presently. It sounds fascinating and I can discount the 3 star review from The Guardian. Not being in the UK, online would be my only option. Worthwhile?
I was booked to see this at the Coventry Belgrade in May, but the tour doesn't have a rescheduled date for that venue or anywhere else in the East/West Midlands. Malvern was the closest, which has now passed. I'm hoping they might extend the current list of venues, as I'm not a fan of streamed performances.
Saw the play this evening thanks to winning a freebie ticket via Twitter from Cambridge Arts. Not my usual choice of show(!), but I enjoyed it as an imagined conversation between Graham Greene and Kim Philby on the evening they actually met in Moscow in 1987. Recounted their lives as spies, Philby’s work for the KGB whilst working for MI6. Poignant in places as they reminisced with some humour infused too.
Received a signed copy of the script too so shall read that alongside some wider reading of people and an era I know little of.
