Billy and Marisha makes no sense to me in those roles 😭😭 however would it make me go back and watch it? Absolutely 😭 at least it’s interesting. Who bloody cares about Katherine Langford lol.

I've heard from a reliable source it's Billy. Marisha is the rumour I've heard too. Could Marisha go in as Fräulein Schneider instead? Just a thought...

It’s Marisha and Billy 100% Ugh. The producers have clearly resorted to the Chicago producers mindsets of bums-on-seats above all else.

Tbh I think it’s pretty shrewd casting, and bound to bring a new audience in that may not have seen it otherwise

Like who? Both attract similar audiences to actors that have gone before them.

Billy Porter was also in that production of Jelly's Last Jam in New York. You could say that it was because he was not the lead, but the fact is that that show didn't sell very well. He has much less cache here.

It’s 100% not those
It’s 95% 2 Eastenders names (confirmed that’s who the producer has spoken to)- not necessarily current Eastenders cast though!!

Even if they were alive and 'available' I don't think either of them would have been suitable for Emcee and Sally, so yes, I thought the joke was fairly obvious but perhaps not! Sad to hear about Brian as well, although he performed this week so hopefully is recovering. Anyway - back to Cabaret.

I can't imagine why this long drawn trolling would be fun for you, but you do you. They'll have many more seasoned theatre actors to choose from, if the popular, acclaimed TV show pipeline dried up. A million ways to go to retain the prestige of the production and have it remain attractive for year to come.

Most forums are speculations and opinions aren’t they?

Perhaps it's all true??? Billy & Marisha first, then the unnamed EastEnders star after them?
