Anyone else watching this Queen's Birthday celebrations programme on ITV - Beverley Knight, Alfie Boe and Imelda Staunton(!) among the performers.

Yes, listing Imelda amongst the musical acts has got me very excited!! Probably getting my hopes up too high for a Rose's Turn, though.
But, first ad break: No performances and no Queen. ITV...surprise, surprise!!

Imelda performed Sinatra's Sing, Sing, Sing while there were some pantomime horses running about that could have come straight from one of Rose's dreams.

I've watched bits of this as started on +1 but realised would be a late night when have a very early morning tomo!! Just seen the marching bands which has made me want to go and buy a trombone haha.
It's like a very strange this is your life episode. I hope at the end we do give Queenie a big red book!!

I liked the little white shetland pony with the horse whisperer and the very camp New Zealand marching band.
