I know that I had booked numerous ATG events over the lockdown period, and have had a refund for Phantom, and rescheduled Mamma Mia & Heathers; But I spent the credit from something on Dreamgirls which apparently now is postponed also BUT it doesn’t show in my atg online account at all, nor do any transactions since lockdown began. Are they just too busy? Isn’t it automated?

I’ve had to contact them for every show I wanted a refund for. They did send out an email with a time frame on:
Customers booked for performances between 3 August - 6 September will be contacted in the week commencing 13 July. Customers booked for performances between 7 September - 20 September will be contacted in the week commencing 20 July.
One of my shows was taken off sale and didn’t fall into these dates and I hadn’t been contacted by them so I got in touch.
