All the youngsters can be newbies. The Dons and rest of cast should all be stars in their own right. This will run for 3 years at the National when everyone stops dead and realise SALAD DAYS IS THE BEST MUSICAL OF ALL TIME

I loved Liberace when I was a nipper. The Ultimate Showman and what did we have over here - Bobby Crush!
Fun fact - Liberace was taught to play the piano with lead weights attached to his fingers, hence why he could still majestically tickle those ivories with 50lb of bling on each finger in later life.
