I was looking at the ATG site and I noticed they'd gotten rid of all their premium rate 0844 box office numbers and replaced them all with 0333 009 6690 which appears to be their customer service number. Anyone know why?

Presumably they've reconfigured their systems as everyone is working from home so the single number means the call can be directed anywhere. Also of course given the number of calls they are getting and the long wait times some people have experienced its a positive move they are not using a premium rate phoneline!
