I thought it was really interesting and rather well-rounded, although I wished they had dedicated more time to various fans and their backgrounds/reasoning. Though from a personal POV I was glad that they spent so much time with the German Starlight fan. I couldn't dismiss her as "just crazy" like some of those people who see the same shows +1000 times, because I found echoed what I've seen so often here in Germany - young people discouraged by their parents that "the arts" are something frivolous and not a career to aspire to and no possibilities to at least appear in amateur shows in schools and local am dram companies, so all they got indeed is the "fan life".
The Debbie Gibson stalker though was really scary, makes you aware of what some performers are dealing with.
