Just finished this engrossing movie on Netflix.Absolute master class in acting from Jonathan Pryce and the Anthony Hopkins.

I really enjoyed this at a Curzon a couple of weeks ago & recommended it to my OH.

Much as I did enjoy it, it wasn't quite cinematic enough for me. I didn't think the flashbacks worked as well as they could and they took away from the intensity of the relationship between the two main characters.
It is a shame that the play didn't get a life beyond the Northampton performance.
