I wonder if he’s given the money back? 2 years suspended and 240 hrs community service isn’t bad if he’s kept the £80k

I wonder if he’s given the money back? 2 years suspended and 240 hrs community service isn’t bad if he’s kept the £80k I imagine they will go after him under the proceeds of crime act, his assets can be taken, house, car etc if he cant show they were purchased lawfully. |
