Does anyone know of anything that kids would enjoy or like to see happening on Monday 9th December? They have that day off school- don't ask! And who is in charge? Moi. Ideas welcome. Central London if poss but willing to travel 😁

Get them doing some homework, and early to bed! The little buggers are going to be spoilt at Christmas anyway 😋

If they like musicals then BFI have the 3D Kiss Me Kate - might appeal as 3D so they get something a bit different, comes with a 3D cartoon from the same period too

I can’t skate and would have to take them on as the one is 7, other one is 9 and would be ok. But too risky. I thought about the sky garden. I know you have to book ahead. We do shows and it would need to be an afternoon. Thanks for the ideas. I think myself a movie would be nice but you know, they don’t like films much. Even Paddington didn’t go down well. I thought the zoo might be nice but animals are sometimes reluctant to come out and show themselves in the cold. I’ll keep thinking and searching.

What about one of the treasure hunt things that you can download to your phone, several of my friends have done that in the past

Yes, I know what you mean, they have that cache thing on the phone with their mum in the countryside. It is fun. I’m beginning to think science museum with a decent lunch ....

Just take them to Frozen 2 lynette. This “they don’t like films” is ridic! They’ll like it when they see it. And if they don’t, extra homework!
