In hindsight whilst you may ll be right, at that point in time, as I felt I was being ripped off, I was no frame of mind to care about the feelings of a pimply-face teenager behind the counter.

We have a block facility, details of which are in the FAQ’s. If you don’t like a member’s opinions please use it, skip their posts, or if there is a rule break report the post in question. Most importantly please do not retaliate/attack fellow members on the forum.

They have been put there to represent their place of work and answer customer enquiries. If they don’t have the fortitude or resilience to empathise with their customers without having to take a fortnight off through being ‘upset’ I would suggest that they are in the wrong job. I’m sure that Anthony’s mild banter went right over their head anyway as it wasn’t all about them.

Not to negate any other people's viewpoint on pricing, but with these filmed productions, I've become OK paying more (even when it's double) than a film ticket given the quality of the final result and the opportunity to get a much better view than what I have experienced and likely paid much more for with the actual stage production. Plus, I want to make sure they keep coming.

Sold out at Curzon Bloomsbury, almost sold out at Mayfair. When do Everyman tickets go on sale? Didn't receive any notice from Almeida.

Bought mine for Bristol a couple of days ago and there wasn’t much left. It seemed to be in a tiny screen.

Are there really only 10 cinemas showing this? I was looking forward to seeing it after not making it to the almeida due to cancellation.

Ignore everything I've said. I thought the black seats were sold. Feel very stupid now. All booked and happy. As you were all.

Went and saw this last night and honestly feel so lucky. I have heard about this show for years but have never gave it a try and finally decided to now the proshot was coming out. I had such a good time in that cinema last night! Lets hope it gets a wider release than the few cinemas that got it, as this cast are stunning.

Was too knackered to go to this yesterday. Hopefully it will pop up again.

It wasn't showing in any cinemas in the entire region (NW of England) which was very disappointing. We are poorly served here when it comes to things like this, indie films, director's talks and the like. And don't get me started on the trains... Anyway, hopefully it'll come to NT at Home or a similar service at some point.

As a fellow NW resident, I'm also feeling majorly disappointed. I would love to see this.

I thought this was brilliant last night. Having seen it (and thoroughly loved it) at the Almeida, it was so great to see this again. The pro-shot itself has been really well recorded and really honed in on some of the more subtle acting choices that I missed during the actual production
I really hope this is viewable more widely sometime soon. Here's to hoping this adaptation ends up back on the stage at some point too.
