Very expensive, and they seem to have let everyone on all at once. The site can no longer process payments as a result. I did think it odd that I went straight from waiting room to going in, never in an actual queue! Too pricy for me I think.

My attempt at paying for my booking (in straightaway) timed out after 10 minutes and I've lost my seats. Brilliant!

Double check with your banking app if your payments have gone through...my process didn't finish and was just whiring but the money is showing as taken..but not confirmation yet..can see people booking twice not thinking the 1st transaction went through..

Not discounting previews seems to be a new trend in the West End. I'm going to pass on this too at those prices.

I took two minutes to reload the seating plan for my chosen date, and now all tickets off sale. Complete clowns.

Well the money has gone out of my account but no booking reference number or order confirmation to be seen. Worrying.

It wouldn't let me select any seats then kicked me out. Back in the queue however it seems to have paused. Wait time is now over an hour

Two of my sessions were kicked out and sent to the back of the queue, but another one allowed me to select seats again (VERY slow process) and, whereas my first purchase attempt used two-factor authentication, the second did not, so they have turned that off.
Annoyingly, I now have slightly less central seats for the same price due to their ineptitude. Why are they paying money to Queue-It to manage user throughput, it they are going to allow 5,000+ users in at once?

Yes, similar issues with selected seats unable to load. Eventually managed to add to basket. A long wait with the site simply whirring. Have been charged. Impossible to call LW Theatres. Do I have the seats? Very poor and frustrating.

I've just tried to book a ticket and having submitted payment details I got a message saying problems taking payment try again. However the seat I selected is showing as sold so I don't really want to try buying another seat and ending up with two. I shall try looking again later. Just received an email confirming booking. Relieved about that but what a mess!

It gets worse. A booking confirmation has just arrived in my email inbox, but for my first attempt at booking, which is where I got past two-factor authentication (TFA) but then told me on-screen that an error had occurred and I need to try payment again.
Luckily, I was wrong about TFA having been deactivated. It just took a very long time to appear on my second attempt, so that second booking had not actually completed (I hope).

It kept kicking me out so i had to go back and try again and again and lucky me, it charged me 6 times. I’m seriously as angry as Imelda will probably be as Dolly.

First three Stalls rows are not yet on sale by the way.
Also large parts of other rows never available too, so presumably ring-fenced for other booking channels. Why all channels cannot share the same inventory pool from the same database in modern times, probably says a lot about the legacy IT that is presumably in use at LW Theatres.
